I went to Sam’s Pharmacy on Richey Road to pick up some medication. There was a black pharmacy tech who was attending to black people only. When I got in her line she said that I needed to get behind the line, even though I was next in line, but because I wasn’t black she was very rude and talking down to me. When I told her that she was rude and that she needed to learn customer service, she said God bless you. How can this rude, getto person quote the name of God after she was being nasty, evil, and rude. This person’s name is Swannie. If you go to Sam’s Pharmacy on Richey and want to be talked down to and discriminated against because you are not black let this person assist you, if you don’t want to be
talked down to, stay away from this ghetto pharmacy tech. I don’t know why Sam’s management let’s her get away with this.

I was there before opening hours because my son was severely sick from the flu and the pharmacy was closed before I was able to get his medicine so he had to go through the whole night without it. The next morning I was there 20 minutes early before they opened and as soon as the pharmacist opened the doors 10 minutes before 9 she immediately serviced me! She was so kind and helpful! It turned out that my sons prescription was not sent to them but she was able to get in touch with the walgreens where his prescription was sent to in the first place and had it transfer to her instead. I currently dont have health insurance and his medicine was going to be really expensive but she helped me find a coupon that brought the price down drastically! We need more people like her! That actually take the lives of others in consideration and enjoy doing their job. I didn’t had the pleasure to know her name but she’s really sweet and young.

All the people are great except MARGARET!!! She is the worst pharmacist I've ever come across. We have dealt with this Sam's for over 20 years, and also buy from Sam's, but MARGARET has a thing about not filling a script when it is due or the Dr says to fill early. Be expecting more bad reviews cause other customers are going to be calling and leaving bad reviews.

Don't waste your time buying the Sam's plus card . You don't really get 50% off . They JACK up the prices over what I use to pay with no card or insurance. NOW that the year was up they tried to charge me 106.00 for a script I got for only 50.00 eith out the card or insurance. Went to Costco and only paid 46.00.
Sam's pharmacy is A RIP OFF AND WILL SCAM YOU WITH THEIR SAMS PLUS CARD.
