I do not recommend this place...Amelia Vu took us upstairs was so aggressive, why have people with disgusting attitudes working in a place like this. I think the supervisor needs to monitor how Amelia Vu interfere with parents and with children.... I honestly think this lady shouldn't even be working here or dealing with parents nor children because of her unprofessional behavior. She would refer to people as YOU.... and point at them almost to the face. And the waiting time is insane!!!! Not good...needs more improvement. Overall it was a horrendous experience with this lady attitude. Definitely would not recommend this place and it's a lot of improvement.

No pierdas tu tiempo en esta institución!!! Terminan por darle prioridad al abusador. ..... no tienen empatía, son racistas y la doctora que atendió nuestro caso solo se dedico a hacer comentarios incómodos por lo cual mi nena no dejo hacerse las pruebas. .. . Además el apoyo psicológico sigo esperando que me den seguimiento. . . Ya hace casi un año de eso!!?!! Así que huye de ahí y busca otra institución que de verdad te ayude.

Pésimo servicio y seguimiento. .. el detective de mi caso se desapareció por un mes y nadie sabía nada de mi caso, es desesperante que aparentemente este un caso abierto y ni siquiera este en el sistema, la doctora otra fichita solo se dedicó q hacer comentarios racistas e incómodos . .. finalmente cerraron el caso aún con todas las pruebas que tenían. . .. ? Simplemente vayan a otro lugar, no pierdan su tiempo en este edificio.

The atmosphere Reminds me of Texas Children's Hospital, very inviting and attentive to children. Amazingly, there is even a huge daycare center for all ages, which was a plus for my grandson. The staff is awesome from the moment that you come in, even the security guard was professional. My family was in a shambles but after leaving there I felt mentally better.. I too was able to talk to some one, which was certainly a plus. Thank you for sharing the wealth of information that is available for us and the support.

A place like this should be here for the benefit of the victims of abuse. Not for the benefit of the caseworkers and Supervisors pocket books. Poor customer service, investigators are rude and liars. Lawyer up if you plan to take them on. Each child they remove from the house is a bonus. Don't believe me, find out for yourself. But God always has the final say. My children are safe and sound, back at home... The place they should have never left. I wish all the children well. As far as the crooked staff, go to hell where you belong.

Pésimo servicio no ayudaron a mi hija ella pruebas de ser víctima de abuso las referencias que me dieron muy malas gracias a Dios en otro lugar me ayudaron lamentablemente perdí mi tiempo y mi energía ahí ni los teléfonos me contestaron no tienen empatía con el dolor ajeno son personas que no tienen vocación para trabajar con niños abusados y familias necesitadas

I went there as a child and I will never forget it. I graduated from therapy there, one of the best memories of my childhood.
