I had family visit last weekend and this was a great experience. Alicia had great customer service and just had a great personality overall (sorry if the name is incorrect). However, every staff member was pleasant and helpful. The property was always clean and comfortable. The breakfast options can improve and flavored creamer can be added for coffee. Other than that this hotel and location is perfect.

This place was a pleasant surprise. We booked through a 3rd party and knew that it wasn’t a full service hotel. Surprise!!! It sure feels like a full service hotel. The place is beautiful. Everyone welcomes you and smiles from front desk to the cleaning staff. Having to be close to the medical facilities makes this place soooo wonderful!!

The rooms were clean and spacious. The pillow and bed were very comfortable. You could access your own Netflix or Prime etc through the TV. ||Pool area was nice. We were there for an NFL game hotel was nice and close to stadium, we just walked over.

We stayed for 2 nights. We didn’t have any problems checking in. It was quick and easy. The hotel has a parking garage available for a per day charge of $15 dollars. You have access in and out without issues. ||||They provide a complimentary breakfast which included cereal, yogurt, eggs, potatoes, sausage, toast, milk, juices, and coffee teas. I wish they had waffles. ? ||||Overall, it was a great experience. We didn’t have any issues/complaints. We would stay here again.

I visited in July and it was great. The pictures online did not do this place justice and had a great wow factor as you enter because of the overall design. Very friendly and caring customer service. Beautiful dining spaces with great complimentary breakfast. The rooms were clean and beautifully designed. The beds super comfortable.

Room was very clean and the staff friendly. Easy online check in and out. The bed is comfy. The a/c works great. I also lik there is no carpet on the floorI. Tile is always a plus. It’s in ealing distance of the NRG stadium. Would stay again and again

This Hyatt is the perfect location if you have any business in the medical center. Not only is it close to everything, but it has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The amenities it offers, like a robust breakfast, and spacious pool area are nice, for families as well as friends…Overall, a great place to stay.

My family and I stayed here for a recent medical visit to MD Anderson. This hotel is located about 3 minutes from MD Anderson. The rooms are so clean, the beds were very comfortable along with the bedding. The sofa in the room is a great bonus. It is comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Area felt very safe. Nothing bad to stay about this hotel! Can't wait for our next visit here!
