Exhibition Pharmacy has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Stephen is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. This was especially helpful for me as I'm new to Melbourne. He and his staff made me feel so welcome, and we even ended up chatting for a a while – it was like talking to friends! I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Can't recommend this pharmacy enough - all the staff there are very patient and good-natured! Stephen especially, he really cares about the people he talks to and he's gone above and beyond each time I've felt unwell! When I had infected ear piercings not only did he explain what was happening, but he also
1) helped me pick out better earrings to irritate my ears less,
2) helped me repierce my ears for free since they kept closing up before I could put the new earrings in, and
3) helped me apply the medicine since I couldn't properly apply it on my own to the back of my ears

That was around a month ago and today when I went in for a flu vax he helped me check my ears after! I feel so lucky to have found a pharmacist I truly trust. (Not to mention his amazing team!)

They have a great range of products, and never fail to give me the best advice. I highly recommend Exhibition Pharmacy. Asked for the non-generic brand of my prescription, as I had got their generic brand the month before and it had been awful, much bigger and very powdery so kept getting caught in my throat. He was apparently incensed by this (why? I’m the one paying the premium) and spent the entire time muttering to the other pharmacist or assistant about it. She has obviously heard this spiel and didn’t engage. She and the other staff I have met there are the reason I gave two stars rather than one - he is the only rude one I have experienced so far, everyone else has been lovely. The pharmacy is in an incredibly convenient location - right at my bus stop - but I’ll walk out of my way to QV from now on, because they have a generic brand, and customer service, that don’t leave a bad taste in my mouth.
