My Chemist Elizabeth St

With the care I was shown here I am strongly recommending this chemist. I was in Melbourne for business and unfortunately a wound on my neck from recent surgery started to leak fluids and a bit of blood. For 3 days the chemist cleaned and dressed my wound on my way into the office. He stopped it getting infection as well as the embarrassment of having blood on my shirt while working with my clients. All this at the cost of some antiseptic cream, dressings and tape. No labour and when offered he refused. Good to see such generous care in our modern age.

Worst place, the entitled security guard had nothing else to do on a Sunday morning but request a bag check when I was in the store for half of minute looking for a hair toner, but unfortunately the product variety is zero to none. He asked to take all my shopping bags out of my market bag. Disgusting behaviour.

It's a terrible store. Since I entered the store and left without buying anything, the security guard wanted to check my bag and pockets. When I said that he could not accuse me of theft, he said that you can complain if you want, this is the company's policy. I saw from previous comments that other people had the same experience. You need to fire this rude and terrible person.

Needed emergency medication. Am from interstate. Was advised unavailable in Melbourne city but could be found in suburbs. When I explained that I didn't know the suburbs he organised with one of their sister stores and I had the medication within an hour. Excellent service and very considerate of my predicament.

Terrible experience. I left without buying vitamins I was after. The security guard decided to stare at me in an accusatory way, remaining at the same aisle I was. I didn’t feel comfortable browsing because he seemed convinced I was trying to steal whilst I was simply comparing products so I obviously left.

was accused of stealing by their horrid security who reached through my bag and pulled out my own packet of nurofen. I was in the shop for around 15 seconds before realising they did not have what I want and tried to leave. Didn’t even go to the medicine section. ?

The security guard at this chemist was so awful and rude. He watched me and my friend shop next to workers and saw us purchase our products but still insisted that my friend supposedly stole, searched his body, lifted his shirt up and was still accusing him of stealing even after my friend emptied his pockets for proof. It was so unprofessional and just rude. What’s funny is we both work at Chemist and he saw us show our staff card as well?
