I’m a new customer & a little miffed. My provider called in my prescription Monday afternoon. On Tuesday I received a call from the pharmacy asking for my credit card info. I was hiking & did not have that with me. Then forgot about it. So 3 days later the pharmacy calls me again asking for payment info, which I provided. The following Wednesday I call to find out where is my med? They said well, we didn’t get your payment til Friday so it’ll be 5-7 business days from that day. I really wish they had told me the first time they called me that I had to prepay for my med! I’m not very happy about this delay, & have never had to prepay before my prescription was processed! Give me a heads up on this policy please.

It took over 7 business days to finally ship my prescription. I will see if there is another pharmacy that actually cares about getting prescriptions to there clients.

Time for filling prescriptions is longer than typical because they are not reaching for pills in another bottle! They are “compounding” medications individually! When I’ve had questions for the pharmacist they have gone above and beyond and given me personal advice and suggestions!

My mother-in-law visited the pharmacy after my husband had a serious surgery and had been on antibiotics for a week. Sean spent a bunch of time with her and helped her figure out a probiotic to get him going once he returned home, he shared personal stories with her that related to my husband’s experience, and gave her his cell number for my husband to use for anything. We even followed up today texting Sean with more questions. He couldn’t be more kind and accommodating. Thank you so much!

To reiterate other reviews, I'm grateful to have these compounding folks in town, but their customer service is typically unfriendly and unhelpful. And the time it takes to get a script filled is unreasonable, despite that my credit card is often charged 10 days to 2 weeks before my script is ready. If there's a delay that creates a problem for the customer (you/me), they won't help to expedite a script nor make an effort to facilitate correction of a delay or problem. I'm also a professional and not impressed with these folks. I'm looking for some place new, even if I have to go to Montrose Apothecary.

Pharmacy’s can get orders done in less than 24 hours. I’m not sure why this pharmacy is 5 days behind. I’m thankful for their making them but sure wish they weren’t way behind.
