Can hardly stand up or walk because I am in so much pain. Called for an appointment with my doctor and waited 15 minutes or longer only to be hung up on. The receptionist called back and left a message. Called back and had to wait another 15 minutes only to be hung up on a 2nd time. There is nothing wrong with my phone or data connection. This is completely unacceptable for anyone!!!

I've been needing a hip replacement for over two years now. I use a wheelchair since I cannot stand or walk. After two years of being sent from one doctor to another for this or that or whatever those clowns could think of, they send me to a dentist. A dentist!! Then after all that they finally send me a letter saying they're dumping me as a patient. The doctors are very nice. The waiting room staff are total jerks! So now I have to start all over from square one. I would suggest finding someplace else.

I’ve had good experiences at appts but the phone wait is super bad. It’s hard to get ahold of someone quickly unless you go through the patient portal which also isn’t set up super great. I would enjoy this place a lot more if they restructured the phone system so you could talk to someone easily(example providing a direct line to the ultrasound/mammogram clinic instead of calling them patient coordinators…that’s confusing) and quickly(I’ve been on hold minimum of 15 min each time

My first time going here, I was nervous and needed to be seen quickly. The ladies with scheduling were able to get me seen in just a few days of calling. Dr. Morrow was so thorough in asking questions and made me feel heard throughout the appointment. Wait time once checked in was only a few minutes and was overall very pleased with my visit.

Missed my first appointment because I am only human. Called to reschedule only to have my head bit off by someone in the scheduling department (a receptionist I’m assuming). The staff are incredibly hostile and lack social skills. The business department staff were fine and treated me with respect. Maybe this office should heed the other reviews stating that the staff are rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Yang has been our family physician for many years (probably close to 20). On quick visits (kids' physicals), he does the job and gets you in and out of there. If you need to talk about an issue, he is willing to take the time to ask questions and try to get to what the issue is. And for us, he has always followed through on what he said he was going to do (referrals, doctor's notes, etc.) Front desk staff was iffy in the past, but it seems to have improved quite a bit. Using the online portal for appointments and questions is the best way to go to get in.

I have no complaints about my doctor, I HAVE SEVERAL ABOUT THE BUSINESS OFFICE. My little sister is having some medical issues, when confronted about a missed payment, the lady in the office got VERY rude with my mother. She claimed she had reached out to my sister about payment. When my mother asked why she wasn't first contacted, the lady very rudely said "Probably because your daughter is 19" and chuckled it off. That is so unprofessional and rude. As you should know working at a damn dr office, YOU'RE ON YOUR PARENTS INSURANCE UNTIL 26. My sister is 19 yes, but that has NOTHING to do with the fact that she is still on my parents insurance, and it sure isn't your place to assume what should be up to the parents vs the children . Absolutely disgusting behavior. I hope this lady is let go , cause due to the extreme rudeness of office staff, you just lost a family.

Dr. Haag is great I have had nothing but positive experiences this far. Seems like this place finally has made some positive changes. I recommend family and friends all the time.
