This place is not professional and is not at a good start with handling business. I called on last week and was told that they would be officially opening on August 5, 2024 and that I should make an appointment for August 7, 2024 at 1:00pm which I did. I show up to the leasing office at Townes at Clarkston and the agent is looking at me shocked that I’m there after telling her that I have an appointment. She tells me they’re not taking appointments because the apartments are not officially opened yet, but when I’m there plenty of people are moving into the apartments. I point that out to the agent and she says they pre leased back in April. What sense does that make? She also tells me I have to go the Peachtree on Ponce apartments to put in application to get into this one. Why is the communication so bad? You guys are unprofessional and I can see this place being as ghetto as the sister property. I’m gonna stick to just dealing with a REAL apartment complex that knows what they’re doing! By the way anyone who doesn’t know…this is an INCOME BASED apartment complex so you may want to keep that in mind. I’m not recommending this place to anyone I know that’s for sure!

How could you start pre-leasing if you haven’t responded to emails or calls for over four months? I’m truly disappointed after waiting so long for this complex, especially since it would have been convenient for my mom’s workplace. I initially ignored the negative reviews, but now I feel compelled to share my own experience. Sisters Property, please handle leasing more fairly. I will no longer waste my time looking into your properties. This review is for both Peachtree Ponce and Townes of Clarkston agents.

I’m a new resident here at Townes… I’m giving it 5 stars bc of the unit itself. I put in a application back in April during pre leasing. I can say I got in contact with someone fairly easy but that was my experience. After reading a couple of reviews I can understand the frustration of unanswered calls but I can say this Townes is not income based. It’s a tax credit apt. There’s a difference and ghetto I don’t think so.

Brand new apartment in Clarkston Townes at clarkston centre are ran by them and trash already the water pressure is so low I can barely take a hot shower also trying to connect ga power in my apartment but ga power can’t find my apartment number stating it doesn’t exist.

So I have been by there to do my tour and there is only construction workers. The website and signage say now pre leasing and I have emailed and texted and called multiple times with no response. I was interested in moving here but the communication sucks. Good luck. It let's you schedule a tour and that is it but know one is there to give you a tour.
