Paid for express shipping and it showed up about a week later. I kept getting inaccurate updates about delivery. Customer service was short with me and had an attitude the entire time. I’d recommend going with Diabetic Warehouse, especially if you need your supplies when you order them instead of when they feel like shipping it.

Very dissatisfied with this company. First, they didn't indicate on their online ordering form that there is free shipping if your purchase is over $79, so I ended up having to pay an extra $13.99 for shipping a $77 purchase. Then they shipped it to me BY GROUND all the way from Florida to Oregon, which took a week and half. I would've gotten it quicker using the Pony Express! Lastly, when I contacted their "customer support" about these issues, the response was basically a shrug. Needless to say, I won't be using this company again.

Terrible customer service horrible shipping... ordered on March 22nd, no email conformation about order and today April 2nd no shipment or conformation. No accommodations offered for there incompetence to deliver a product.

I paid almost $30 for priority shipping. I placed my order at 1000 on Dec 22. Even considering the holidays I didn’t get my insulin syringes until afternoon on Dec 30. UPS told me TDS scans the item but then they will let it sit while waiting to be picked up, but to the customer it appears it’s been shipped. The part that bothers me the most is that they told me I’d have it a day or two after Christmas. It would have taken the same time shipping it standard. I feel I was ripped off the $30.

I ordered strips and lancets. Didn't realize the amount was less than I anticipated. Ended up paying twice the amount that Amazon charged me. Well within the 7 day return period I sent an email requesting return instructions. No one responded to my email. Here's my rating. Will never buy from this company again.
