What an amazing pharmacy found myself away on holiday for a week. I need some medical assistance. Certainly got it from the pharmacist RAV who was so helpful sorted me out and went above and beyond. Thank you very much. Would highly recommend this gentleman.

Ravi and the staff here are above exceptional. Having been diagnosed with COPD earlier this year I had to quit smoking. These guys were the only chemist in Cumbria that supports the smoking cessation service and if it wasn’t for this bunch of lovely people I wouldn’t be able to say that I’ve been smoke free and still going strong since May! Highly recommend anyone to visit!

Was in a pickle as forgot my spare CGM, I had travelled for holiday. The pharmacist was excellent, showed me how to get an emergency prescription - 10 minutes later, all sorted!

Called into chemist to see if they could help as my mum had left her eye drops at home . We are on holiday . They were very helpful and had sorted a prescription out with an hour . Staff went above and beyond to assist us . Thank you so much from

I had left my medication at home and was on holiday. The phamacist got me to use NHS111 on my mobile to match my details to my NHS account and get authorisation to provide me with some more tablets within half an hour. Fantastic did not know about this service but it’s brilliant.and so was the pharmacist. Thank you

I had a severe nut allergy reaction during my stay in Ambleside and the amazing staff at Thomas Bell came to my rescue. They quickly provided me with an epipen and arranged for the ambulance to come and collect me. Their prompt and compassionate care ensured I was safe, and made all the difference.

Had a deep bruised cut on my finger, was looking for some first-aid and perhaps some next steps, the pharmacist Rachel was a godsend, she being alone at the pharmacy managing the pharmacy and my concern was extremely kind and helpful. She helped with applying some steri-strips (which ended up being appreciated by the Urgent care doctors saying she did a marvelous job) Even though the treatment she did was correct, what I want to say is that I was so fortunate to get help and moreover she is one of those good and caring people out there. Thank you Rachel.
