Absolutely LOVE this program, they're quick to respond to my texts within a few hours (as long as it's not after hours, then it takes about a day) I love the goodies I get with my packages each month, and I always have an extra pack on hand before starting a new one. Before giving them my insurance it was only $15 a month, after inputting it, it's 100% free. I highly recommend them to anyone!!

I've been using this service for about 6 months, and so far I love it! There was a hiccup with my initial prescription, but they quickly fixed my shipment for me. My pills always arrive early, so I've never had to wait or run out. There are always goodies, like adorable stickers, lube, tampons/pads, chocolate or gummies. I was also able to get emergency contraceptives through this service for free with my insurance.

The Pill Club is wonderful! Started with them in March 2018. so easy to set up and contact. The transfer of my current prescription to TPC was flawless. Communication is great. I always text with them. Ive called a couple times and they have been wonderful. Renewing my prescription last month was super easy and the change of insurance to a "cash" customer [customers with insurance not taken by TPC (ie Kaiser,)or out of pocket individuals] was great. They let me know the best prices and frequencies of my packet deliveries to be able to continue with their services. love that I don't have to wait inline at the pharmacy just to pick up the pills. They're great and the little treats and samples with each pack are awesome as well! 🙂

The customer service is terrible. They only answer some of my questions and completely ignore others. They have mixed up my info with somebody else and tried renewing my prescription after I had just received a years worth of birth control. They also sent me more female condoms and emergency contraceptives without me requesting or my authorization and charged my insurance company when I already had a bunch of these items from my first shipment (Photo 1). I've tried cancelling unauthorized orders and they completely ignore my requests, charge my insurance and send it to me anyway. The last package they sent me came in an envelope you can easily open and close back up (Photo 2 & 3). Not very secure for a package that contains prescription drugs and my personal info. I've have requested to cancel all services with The Pill Club and nobody will contact me back.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS SERVICE!
I work in theatre, so I never have time to go to the doctor to get a refill or go to the pharmacy to pick up my birth control. This service, makes it easy for me to refill my birth control and then delivers it to my door with treats! They have doctors on hand that can write you a prescription and they accept most insurance (or they give you an affordable alternative). I get excited every time I get a text alert that reads "your package is on it's way", because I know in addition to my prescription, I am also getting a treat (usually chocolate), fun stickers, protection, and feminine products that range from pads to wipes. I cannot recommend the Pill Club enough.

I did really love the pill club so much when I first began using them. It was so simple, my birth control came quickly and it felt like they took care of everything for me. However, around month 6, things began to go downhill. Firstly, their automatic shipment process and response time have gotten progressively worse. I do not know who is updating things on my account page, but it doesn't ever reflect my subscription or accurate shipments anymore. They told me so extremely late that they stopped taking my insurance it's not even funny, it's actually quite comical, and when I agreed to pay out of pocket I just didn't hear back for like a week. If you seriously need timely reliable birth control, the pill club isn't for you. But if you need birth control and have anxiety around doctors or need to receive it quietly, it does a good job of that. Their out-of-pocket prices seem to be pretty reasonable as well. NOTE: don't do it for the "goodies" Reliable birth control is sm more important
