I enjoyed a wonderful body therapy spa package with my best friend, which was entirely worth the money. The steam room, lounge, and locker rooms were all clean. There are cold towels available after your steam. There is a beautiful waterfall in the outside lounge, which really makes you forget you are even at a hotel with other guests. Truly idyllic and made my morning!

I booked a massage and basic nails and Botha experiences were below the expectation. The massage therapist had long nails that were scratching my skin and the technician for the nail service insisted to apply a vegan color without a base coat. Now I have my natural nails tanned. I suggest to avoid wasting your time and money in this place.

Have traveled 27 countries, visited many award winning or top 10 spa in the world, but it was quite challenging to find a great massage therapist in US. So glad I went Aveda Spa and had Julia!! The high quality, very professional 80 minutes aroma oil massage healed my body and soul❤️

Definitely recommend this spa to anyone who stays at The Palms hotel or not, you won’t regret it! The therapists are so friendly. One thing could be improved is when you book online, wish I could pick female or male therapist and avoid any misunderstandings and save each other’s time.

The massage was very good, but make sure you are aware of the massage time. We were told we will have a 50 minute massage, but we only got 30 minutes.

This spa is very nice but small. The locker room is tiny with a single bathroom and 2 showers. They have a steam room I really enjoyed but it's in the waiting area so there's less privacy. At one point, there were so many people waiting in robes in that waiting area that there wasn't enough seating. But it cleared up very quickly, within minutes.

I don't really see the value add of a couple's massage. We've gotten these elsewhere and usually there's more fanfare around it but here we were just kind of both there at the same time. The therapists were great though! I checked out the poolside massage area after the fact and would do that instead. It's far enough away from the pool that I think it'd be quiet. This spa is a great option for guests with late flights to go to after check out! Convenient plus shower and pool access are included.
