Texas Star Pharmacy Is A Scam!!! I purchased a 6 week supply of Semaglutide .5mg for $126. The supply only lasted for 5 weeks. I told the pharmacy and they disregarded it as if I did something wrong. I let it go and purchased an 8 week supply of Semaglutide 1mg for $235 but made sure to check the supply amount I was given this time. I received less the amount for the 8 week supply than the 6 week supply so how will it last 8 weeks if it didn’t last 6 weeks? I even sent pictures showing them I never opened it & they gave me a less than half bottle (vial) and it will not last 8 weeks. This pharmacy completely gave me the runaround leaving me on hold for 15 mins. Then when I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told he’s not there and they don’t know his name. Ironically after I contacted my bank to get my money back a supervisor called but he was rude and dismissive saying he’s confident in the amount I received. I asked can they draw 50 units out of 8 syringes from the bottle (vial) I was given to prove to me I have an 8 week supply? The answer was they can’t do that ‍♀️ #SCAMMERS!!!

I had the greatest experience today at Texas Star Pharmacy.There was a good looking Asian pharmacist who really took the time to answer my questions fully and help me how to understand the math behind my medication dosing.He also has a full beard and I think he is single. Also,Kishia was very pleasant, welcoming, knowledgeable,and very helpful. Alicia was very sweet and gave me great customer service and had a wonderful smile on her face from the moment I walked in.

I was leaving to to go out of town unexpectedly and called the pharmacy to see if my prescription was ready, Noah let me know it wouldn’t be ready for a few days but said he would check to see if he could get it filled faster and within 20 minutes I got an alert the medicine was ready! This was outstanding service. Wikishia rang me up and was so cheerful and kind when I arrived. Definite 5 star experience!!!

I called the pharmacy today with a coupe questions about a medication I have been taking.. They transferred me to Jerry one of the pharmacists… Jerry was great to talk with.. He not only explained more about the medication in a way that I could understand how it works and also gave me a couple recommendations on things I could change in my diet and lifestyle that could help the medication work even more effectively… I wish I could give more than just 5 stars because honestly he took more time to explain this medication than even my DR office did… I have a lot of confidence in this pharmacy and the way they treat their consumers goes way above what most companies do!! HAPPY customer =)

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions about reimbursement from my insurance etc… they are the best!
