Dr Baisi's office doesn’t maintain appointments properly. Every time we went there had to wait for him a minimum of 40 minutes even though we booked a prior appointment

The pharmacists are on the ball and familiar with my medication history, and always take time to review any changes or concerns. They're also always available to answer any questions I might have. The staff are friendly and helpful. When my son was old enough to take on small errands, they were happy to help him with anything he couldn't find, or was unsure of. Service is quick, efficient, and accurate. I particularly appreciate their free prescription delivery. Much more pleasant and personal experience than you'll ever get from a big box store!

I visit the IDA in Sandwich Town regularly due to the friendly, welcoming and very helpful staff. They are knowledgeable and offer needed suggestions when required. While the size of the store is smaller than many of their competitors, this allows for a very customer centred focus and I highly recommend everyone take the opportunity to experience the great service.

Not only is this store itself a vitally important part of the Sandwich Town community, the pharmacy and sales staff are equally essential. They go above and beyond for customers on the regular. Every time I go into the store, it makes my day, and today was no exception. Professional, kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, personable - I could go on!

The pharmacists at this pharmacy are friendly, very helpful and accommodating. I need something for my son for a few days and instead of the 60 or 100 pills they have in stock she made me up a bottle of 10 pills. Thank you so much. Best Pharmacy ever!!

I live right close by this pharmacy, I made my way to the store as I am not feeling well. The worker there asked for help and directed me to what I am looking for. She also asked how I feel and tried to point out what could the pain be coming from. It shows care, friendliness and help full.

I was greeted within the first 2 seconds of walking in this morning, followed by if i was looking for anything specific. She walked me right to the item in was needing and was very helpful. I was on a work break and she made my visit there under a minuet which really helped.

I like this Pharmacy because it is small and the staff are friendly. They're also very nice and willing to help. You can get prescriptions or over the counter medication, they have other items as well plus there's even a gift section.
