I called today for a freezing drain pipe and garbage disposal that was creating a leak/mess. The woman who answered the phone was so helpful and friendly! She talked me through fixing the problem! I am very thankful!

Staff are all very friendly, technicians are knowledgeable and responsive. Had a small issue with the heater and the tech team came by next day and fixed it right away. John and Rene have been wonderful to work with.

Had a cooling and heating system installed today. This company is outstanding from Renee who was my initial contact to John who gave me quotes. The three gentleman who came to do the installation Slim, Jeremy and Justin were outstanding. Knowledgeable and very respectful. Thank you Standard Plumbing for making this an easy transition. I want to thank Jeremy and Justin for the work they did on my air conditioner. They were very professional and took the time to explain how everything worked. Jeremy and Justin are an asset to Standard Plumbing!

Entire staff from front desk, to technicians, to owner…all a pleasure to do business with. My experience with standard has been overall subpar over the past year. I purchased their membership services when I bought my home in 2023. This was to give me on call service, discounts on services, etc. Listed on their website. Serviced A/C as normal. Had some plumbing issues with my bathtub in December, but I was told they don't have any availability until January when they get their new system going. I was told I was put on a list & that I'd get a call back when I could be scheduled. Never got that call. February rolls around. Hot water is out. Tried calling them. Need to call another number for after-hours emergency. Called that number. No answer. Called twice before 10pm. Called office next day during business hours. Shockingly, there was no answer. I called a competitor to replace the water heater and plumbing to the bathtub. They were there the same day & did fantastic work. March rolls around. I decided to take them up on the heater service since I already paid for that in the membership services. The technician came out & was very nice. Explained to me that my heater has too many issues and that he is going to condemn it. I understood why with a heat exchanger cracked and putting out way too much carbon monoxide. Temps were to be below freezing, and I have a 2 year old mind you...I called the office and asked about replacing the unit and what the next steps would be. Was told that the owner would contact me with an estimate. It's now been 6 days with absolutely nothing from the company. Yet again, I've had to try and get the competitors to replace my unit. I do not understand how a company can condemn my heater, then leave me and my family with zero options or communication. I thought hvac companies made most of their money selling and replacing hvac units. I would think this would be a top priority. Very disappointed in that. The technician was very nice, but the ball has been dropped time and time again. I don't think I will be using their services in the future. I had a lot of faith in the company from the start and loved the reviews. Idk how this all happened.

The technician was very nice. He looked at our furnace and said it was too old to service so he gave a bid for new furnaces. No cleaning or maintenance, but we did get a bill for $75.

I called Standard for a complete HVAC renewal. I got estimates from three companies. I went with Standard for the best price for the best equipment brand and because they are a 100 year old company. Two very professional, and proficient technicians came to our house over one and a half days and did a wonderful job removing our old HVAC system and replaced it with a high efficient system. I feel like I got the best equipment for my money and got the best experience with installation. Outstanding company.
