I waited in the seating area for 25 minutes and then called to the Doctors office and waited another 20 minutes (I had an appointment booked).
When he Doctor arrived I noticed he had literally came from the room next door. It actually seemed like he was the only Doctor on.
He was very friendly, listened to my problem, talked a bit about my work and personal life (which is always nice because you don’t feel like just another number). He prescribed me with what I needed and was very pleasant.
The wait is the only reason I took 2 star off of the review and that’s the clinics fault, not the Doctors. I can’t remember his name but he was in his mid 30’s maybe, had a gold wedding ring and was just very friendly.

I went there as a walk in to find a new doctor. After consulting a bit with the female doctor, she told me "you must get a pap smear." I responded by saying, "is it mandatory or recommended?" which she replied, "It is recommended, you must get a pap smear or I'll get a letter from the College asking why I'm not giving you a pap test." I then told her I did not feel comfortable, that it was a personal preference. She got irritated and said, "It is not about personal preference, you must." and after an awkward pause, she continued, "Well if you want to become my patient, you must, otherwise I won't help you." and she looked towards the door. So I walked up and thanked her for her time, even though I felt bullied and frustrated. I felt like she cared more about her reputation than me as a potential patient.

I do not recommend this clinic if you are looking for compassionate doctors who care about you as a patient or even with basic respect for a fellow human being.

You should be ashamed, doctor. Not only for neglecting my comfort level as a fellow woman, but for refusing me as a patient who sought out your aid.

Dr. Raza is such a RUDE doctor, and gives judgement based on what situation someone went through.

I didn't had a family doctor and the clinic I went to before this one was different, they said I need to find a family doctor first and that doctor can only book a dermatologist appointment for me.

I came to this clinic then, and met Dr. Raza, he, instead of getting me a dermatologist appointment for my issue. He did not do anything and asked to reach out to the clinic who is not responding. And rudely put a judgement saying, "I am very mad at you, I don't understand why you ladies always go for looking a lady doctor". Had I known in my dreams which clinic has which gender of doctors available. Why would I care for a doctor's gender.

Instead of arguing on unnecessary things can't you give a medication and keep the health concern as priority.

My parents are new in the country, and although my mum is in the medical field, she is so unhappy with the service she received in this clinic. The Doctor (RAZA) she (and my dad) dealt with was very unhelpful, showed no empathy, very unprofessional, and very crude. On day 1, he started the conversation by stating "I have bad news"...who does that? even though the medical result did not show any conclusive results, he failed to approach the situation like a professional should. I had read negative reviews about this practice prior to signing up but I gave them the benefit of the doubt...wanting to be optimistic that the reviews could be based on individual high expectations. Those reviews actually failed to outline the extent of the poor service that this practice provides. I'm hoping that this honest review helps them identify their areas of shortcomings and leads to improved performance and quality of care. ALL patients deserve efficient, quality, and excellent care regardless of their age, background or language spoken. I hope this is a wake up call to the doctors at this practice.

Went here today and the fat east Indian doctor with the glasses. Was very rude and mean my son has a rash that was bumpy he said it was a heat rash. I asked questions and he instantly got mad and told me to leave I told him I will and left went to another clinic that was way much more nicer gave me cream for it!! What a horrible experience I am 8 months pregnant that made me cry as I walked out never again will I go there! If there was a 0 that would be my rate!!! He should be ashamed of himself.

After my family Doctor moved to another Clinic, I put up a request for transfer of my medical records to the new clinic. Upon approaching the St Vital Medical I was informed to pay a fee of $ 80 to complete the request. Generally transfer of records is done either free of charge or at a minimal fee as checked with other clinics. Management of this Clinic is trying to make undue money from their patients. I checked other local clinics and I was informed that such services are free of cost. This medical clinic is ripping off patients. A bad experience 🙁

I met with Dr. Lance Crook for the first time. My experience with him was delightful. He is professional, cared about why I was there, joked around a little to lighten the mood and explained things very well. Thanks Doc.

Horrible experience I can't believe they allow Leonard Lockman to still practice. I didn't put the abbreviation of Dr. in front of his name as he not a doctor in my eyes. Stay way from this place- I am in the medical field and have never witnessed such horrible behavior by a doctor, I then read the reviews and it all made sense, he has even had disciplinary action.... he is a joke , asked us to leave without being reviewed or treated, very unethical and i am afraid for patients that see him. The only way to post this is to give a rating..... in my eyes he is a -10 star rating.
