Stephanie C. responded to my inquiries and emails in a lightning fast manner with relevant and accurate information. If that was all I probably wouldn't have left a review here. The two females (not ladies) on the 2nd floor were absolutely RUDE. They didn't say anything to me jus told me to have a seat. I waited 40min (listening to thm talk) for a copy of my tech license. I got a phone call asking what I needed and she will be out shortly. The two ladies still haven't said anything to me. Another lady walked in they ask her what she need and she need the same thing I did. They helped her, looked up her info and boom 10min she's in and out...... CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST DOESN'T EXIST ANYMORE!!!

Called concerning a difficulty with a pharmacist am having & while explaining this to Jeff, he thought it was funny. Twice I asked why he was laughing & both times he answered in a snarky way that he was not.
Now that there has been an epidemic of addiction from opioids any of us that have a chronic pain condition, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, are treated poorly. Pharmacist s can override Rx orders from a doctor. People like Jeff laugh at you.
This causes the patient to have to go above & beyond to treat their condition.

One of the staff memebers were very rude. They way she speaks to you is unacceptable. It's honestly a shame she still has a job with the way she speaks to her customers.
