Used these on a few previous orders. Ordered a new skincare range over £100 and the courier hasn’t delivered my parcel. I now have to wait up too 10 working days for an outcome. Down over £100, no skincare and no help from the pharmacy as to how this could be fast tracked. I would recommend getting a local prescriber who stock your skincare to collect rather than ordering.

I ordered products for almost 124£ and I was waiting delivery for more then a week, after I contact them, they sad sorry we will send you another, because probably there is a problem with delivery. After that I received my items after couple of days. After I opened my parcel was surprised in a bad way, my ZO cream was expiring after couple of months and usually ZO creams last for me about 6 months. I contact them again and sent a picture with proofs they sad will give me a refund 15% which a bit funny when you buying expensive cream and receiving almost expired one. They sad I will get my refund in 4-5days, gone already a weeks and still do not have my refund. Contact them regarding my refund and until now do not have any response. They just ignoring me.

I was using zo clearing kit and it was not perfect but my skin was improving and I decided maybe medical grade skincare is it for me. I message their skin expert who prescribed two new addition for me, Alumier retinol 0.5 and skin science eventone cream both of them was up to £250. I bought them as a struggling student cause I want a good skin. I noticed this little bump for a while but I assume retinol will break your skin to repair your skin, only for me to wake up one day it’s everywhere, I mean my skin is so rough, I didn’t get the even skin I paid for and I’m leaving more damaged than ever. I never came with perfect skin, my skin problem, was hyperpigmentation, uneven skin , and oily skin that’s it. No acne, no rough bump but now they have left me damage.

Payed 80 pounds for same day delivery. Terrible service. Courier lied about delivering the product. And extremely difficult to get a hold of someone with over 4+ hours response time.

The best service received. Spoke on whatsapp, and had my basket emailed to me pretty much instantly & got a few free samples as I am getting married and this is for my wedding skin regime. Would highly recommend, and will definitely be back purchasing :).

I have been using Zo skin health products for some time now, but my stockist was out of the country. I searched online for places that stocked all my favourites and found skin pharmacy. From or first chat the team have displayed excellent service, were helpful and patient. The delivery service was fantastic and I received my products in a matter of days and they nicely packed.
