This appointment was very productive in all Ways,
Shape, Fashion and Form.
The pressure I was under because of the reason for having the drop off documents visit appointment became less tense.
The staff of Zaynah Williams and her assistant (please forgive me for not remembering her name) are very patient and effective in offering suggestions an answers to I and my daughter's questions.

S. Jean and the other young lady that works the front desk with her are ALWAYS courteous. Even though this can sometimes be stressful on both sides, it helps when you run across ppl like them who know what they are doing and makes the situation less complicated. It is the most ever worst office I've ever been seen they told me to watch something on September are you to drop a document I show for the paper then they told me that I don't need to send it so just for the day but I'm in way too far out when I my my photo wasn't there with their office then now on November I told me they called me and told me I have to do this certification after that if when they call me yesterday was actually yesterday they were when you open 1 hour over the phone and they say I don't need that it's over all the supervisor then I went yesterday then they are telling me the lady yours refuse me she describe me she she refused me to go today to the portability that I have my appointment and I went to tell him that I was moving on Monday and she arrested me she told me that I have to use no go to tell them when I'm out already and move out and I don't need to do that I have to go through today was so crazy I don't want to hear him don't ever come to this this office the most cycle and I know I know where my place that you even don't know me like it's crazy I report everything and I have scaling the situation to the manager stuff on top of the hotel because for the discriminating because they told me actually to take to go out from the office

The 3 is because staff is really professional and nice but I can't give the service a 5 because they didn't help with any issues that I am having at my complex which are slum lords they don't fix nothing at all I been staying here for 6 months and section 8 passed inspection even though toilet wasn't hooked up at all, Central Air unit wasn't working at all in 100 degrees weather no sockets were installed properly and my roof in kitchen had leaks and as I can see everybody else is getting home remodeled but me just messed up and lied saying I didn't pay for a month I paid for which I showed receipts proof Section 8 does not help to certain groups

Say there for an hour for nothing. Everything she told me I already knew. The issue that I have isn’t resolved this is the second time this has happened to me within a year. Nobody there wants to work. It’s sad. Very sad.
