I've had different types of massages at the Sanctuary wellness space. Starting from Prenatal massage with Laura, to Reflexology with Katie, and lately the hot stones one with Tristen, which are a pure bliss, that I had to book one for my husband. The space is cosy, with music, candles, I can't recommend it more.

Best massage ever! I am very picky when it comes to massages but I can definitely say that Tristen has magic hands - I felt like reborn after my relaxation massage with her. Plus: the sanctuary at Yogaloft is a beautiful place to relax and unwind. Will be back very soon!!

The Hot Stone massage with Tristen is a must do! Such a great way to unwind and relax after a busy day at work..Tristen makes you feel comfortable, pays full attention to your needs and really loves what she does. The room is cozy and clean and the overall experience is the best I had in Lux. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed an excellent prenatal massage with Laura at the Sanctuary. She explained the whole process before beginning and is so informative regarding the body/muscles/aches and pains.
She targeted specific areas that have been niggling me, following up the massage with stretches to do at home to help with some back pain.
The room itself is an oasis of calm, perfectly set up for a (heavily!) pregnant woman to be able to relax and enjoy the massage.
Highly recommend! 5 star!

I’m so grateful for my regular Integrated Lifestyle Guidance sessions with Clem.

She has kind energy and already from the first session I felt safe sharing my vulnerabilities with her.

I’m an expat and have been struggling with my new life in a foreign country. Clem has helped me define my values and find acceptance that they vary from those around me, set and implement boundaries to protect my own energy, create personalised self-reflection practices and even offered nutrition advice for my pregnancy.

I genuinely feel more grounded and my mental health is the best it has been in a long while.

Tristen’s massages are incredible. I’ve not felt this relaxed in a long time!
She made me feel very comfortable - asking what I wanted (back, neck, full body massage) and about the strength I liked, adjusting throughout the massage as needed.
I enjoyed her hot stones and liked that I could choose between 60min and 90min.
I’d definitely recommend Tristen’s massages.
