Thankful for the RAD program. Apparently it's a separate entity. Which is fine. It seems like the red head at front desk thinks it's the end of the world. I even heard her talk to her boss about how much of a pain it is. She had an attitude about me having to wait. That seems crazy and just screams toxic work environment. She wouldn't work for me if there was such a problem with the transition. To vocalize to ppl seeking housing how inconvenient it is for her, is completely unprofessional. I would have said some things to the manager but, he already knows. No customer service. At all. She obviously thinks poor ppl don't deserve it.

Salina housing Authourity Absolutely does not advocate for truly helping those who are committed to being productive/positive members of the community. Truly disappointed with customer service in front office. Executive level should be working to put smiles on the communities faces, homes and organizations!! Should be coming out of there happy feeling positive about a future in the area not the opposite!

Most people are not friendly there I was nice and still got an attitude from the lady.The lady we first met with was nice though. It doesn't make sense that they have you turn in a 30 day notice with you current landlord just to look at a place. They told us before that they would have several places for us to look at since we were driving so far but only gave us the address for one place. And now our current landlord is saying that someone wants our 2 bedroom apartment and that our 30 day notice is now in effect. Once again if makes no sense to turn in a 30 day notice when we haven't even looked at any other place.

Would give less then one star of I could. Had a gas leak and needed help. They said they would get on my landlord to fix it. I wound up with poisoning and they told me I'd lose my vouchers if it wasn't fixed. Although I had no control over it. These people do not care and we are treated like cattle.

The computers were down and we was unable to fill out the application and the women in there gave me a application to fill out so she could put it in the system. Excellent help. Thank you

There rules and regulations are stupid and make zero sense but at least they pay most of the rent. So I think they only deserve one star.
