Rx30 doesn't even deserve a star maybe a negative star. I have been a rx30 software customer for years. They started out wonderful but now I would not recommend them to anyone.... We have received a new server and have been waiting since August 3rd for the implementation team to call me back to install the server. It is now August 20th I have called everyday twice a day and still nothing. There is absolutely know one to speak with if you want to speak to a supervisor about the poor support you are given a ticket number and know one ever calls you back. I am so frustrated with RX30 . Our system has not backup on the usb drive in months I have a ticket out for that for months have not heard back from anyone.

The abslute worst support. If you need any technical support from them get ready to wait for months for anything to actually get done. The only company I know that thinks its ok to say let me create a ticket for you when your POS is down and you have customers currently in the store and need assistance now not 4 hours later. If you complain they say yes I agree its not the best way to operate a company but that is how we do it here. I actually had an employee agree with me on the phone that they are in fact the worst at customer support.

Customer service has been unable to resolve a technical issue with their software resulting in inaccurate financial data on the generated reports. It has been 6 months since I first raised the concern. I have been passed around for so long and am now just being ignored. Our company pays Rx30 $850 per month for this privilege. Definitely shopping around for a new software and will switch ASAP.

I agree, this company was better before it was sold to Transaction Data Systems. Report Rx is down over ten days and when I call to tech support they said they are still working on it. Do Not purchase Rx30 software, there are other software companies that I heard are reliable.

We have been with Computer- Rx for over 12 years and before the company was sold to Transaction Data Systems it was a great company with state of the art software and service. Since Transaction Data took over the wheels are coming off this company. The lack of service is very stressful. They have increased monthly fees and done away with tech service. We have had 2 weeks go by before they called back on a problem. It is so bad that the let a small fix go until it shuts your system down. If you are down you are on your own. We were down the day before the holiday and they were closed the day before and the day of with no emergency service techs to call you. On regular days you are on hold for 30 to 60 minutes to talk to anyone and if you email them they never get back to you. They must be making lots of money but it is going to be temporary because customers are not going to put up with this for long and nobody in their right mind would buy this system now. Please sell it back to Roger before you close up.

Worse customer service, our POS system has been down for more than an hour and we can't serve any patients. No one has bothered to call back to offer any assistance. We stand to lose all sales today because we choose to go with this company. If you are a small business, this is not the company for you. Don't make the same mistake we did.

I have used this system for over 10 years. They used to provide excellent customer service. Now, it has become the most frustrating part of my day. It ALWAYS takes longer than 30 minutes to even reach a live person, and at that point, it is more often than not someone who knows almost nothing about the pharmacy system. It is obvious they are reading from a script and have no actual knowledge of their system. They no longer provide any type of quality customer service. If you are considering this company, RUN fast and find a company that will actual work WITH you when needed to optimize your pharmacy automation needs.

Terrible customer service. I called to schedule a simple IP change 3 hours in advance and was promised that my ticket would be handled on time and that someone would call me. Sadly, no one called me. I called 15 minutes early and was on hold for 30 minutes before giving up and calling the operator. The operator said there was nothing she could do besides submit the ticket as "urgent" and that I should call back into the queue. I waited on hold for 30 minutes more going from caller 8 to caller 4. While I was waiting I tried to chat with Joey at Rx30 and he said, "I see that request and have placed it to urgent priority and someone will be with you shortly." Then he ended the chat session. I waited on hold for an agent for 45 minutes before Ben (who was very helpful!) made the change in about 10 minutes. Ben even offered to wait on the phone while we tested the IP change.
It took me a total of 4 hours, 5 phone calls, 1 chat, and 0 call-backs to get the IP change.
