Edited date amended, apologies; Let me start by saying I was/am a big supporter of this pharmacy. The ladies have been brilliant and done their best to assist with prescriptions and advice, however! Today, Saturday 22/06/24, I went to pick up my prescription. Shop empty. I waited for a few minutes, understandable as they can be busy preparing prescriptions. I eventually saw a young woman (new?) showing her colleague content on her phone. A discreet cough and she appeared, not to happy, a face like fizz, borderline rude. I departed with a thanks. The regular staff know I am a patient and courteous customer. Not good enough.
Can you pass to the young woman my apologies for disturbing her phone time.

Counter Staff not very friendly they seem to have a don't care attitude..... when will they realise that they are supposed to offer a form of hospitality?

Staff are always so helpful, friendly and efficient. I make a point of buying my toiletries from here too when i'm collecting my prescription as they do some cracking shampoos and shower gels that you don't get in the usual shops and they are way cheaper than Superdrug and Savers etc plus it's good to give them the business. My husband has also changed his prescription collection from a local Boots to here because he was sick of the long wait ( sometimes up to a week !! ) and the very poor communication. This pharmacy is definitely the 'RIght' one for us. x

I called this pharmacy for help when our regular Boots couldn't fill our prescription.
They were amazing, each member of the team were fantastic, really helpful, friendly and professional.
Nothing was too much trouble, they sourced the item and got it ordered urgently.
Can't thank them enough.
We will both be getting our prescriptions from here in the future.

A great pharmacy, conveniently located in the town centre. All of the staff are always friendly and helpful, with the pharmacists always more than happy to answer any questions at all about my medication. On the down side, the over the counter products are a little over priced but other than that I have no complaints.

I was in today and the staff were extremely helpful and concerned. Being a 16 year old girl and scared I felt comforted. Both the girls that were in we so helpful, even phoned my doctor to help me. Thank you!
