Everyone from the pharmacist to the front checkout clerk at this Rexall location is absolutely wonderful to deal with. I always feel not only welcome, but have built relationships with everyone inside. It feels great to walk into a retail location and have the staff remember who you are, and have genuine interest in how I am doing. I switched to Rexall for my prescription needs due to finding that the pharmacy here goes above and beyond to ensure I am well taken care of.

The pharmacy needs to get their $h! T together...they never have things ready on time or are out of your meds. After waiting hours and then being told they don't have our meds. And to.top.it off I dropped of my script and the assistant needed to know what the ailment I had
You are not a dr!!!!!! Fill the script and let us worry about the ailment.

Got scolded by the pharmacist when I got told that my wait was 5-10 mins for my mother in laws prescription. At 40 minutes another person got told the same 5-10 mins. I gave her a heads up that I was waiting 40 mins, and the pharmacist went off on me saying everything had to be reprocessed (they called before hand saying the drug card was good to go). I told him that's fine and I just would of liked a heads up. Proceeded to chew me out like it was my fault saying they had walk ins etc. Never been talk to like that by a professional. I wasn't even taking a condescending tone. It was more empathetic because I get it stuff goes wrong at businesses. I feel so sorry for the nice people who have to work with such a toxic person.

Great place and staff are great except for this one male pharmacist. My wife and I went there for our second covid vaccine and while waiting for our reserved time my wife needed to go to the washroom badly. So I asked the pharmacist for the use of the bathroom and he said they were out of order and we had go to Tim Hortons or Dairy Queen. After I explained to him that my wife had disabilities and that he had 2 options that my wife was either going to make a mess on his floor or hopefully get to use their washroom, he still suggested to go elsewhere. After being vocal for a couple seconds he got the manager and she let her into on of the washrooms. To add to all this I go into the room to get my shot and he comes through the other door saying that I insulted him and that he wanted an apology and he wouldn't leave till I apologized. Funny after I got my wife cleaned and she got her shot he never made any attempts to apologize to her. This employee had no care for the health and safety of the customer. Never will I shop there again.

I bought two $500 Visa gift cards from this location. The cards they sold me were properly packaged, but blank and useless. When I asked for a refund or compensation, they refused. Do not buy gift cards here! They have a fraudulent scam going. It is not recommended to shop here!

Got my 2nd dose of the vaccine here yesterday. What should have been a 15-20 minute appointment turned into a 40+ minute ordeal. Upon my arrival the older pharmacist asked if I was here for a "flu shot" instead of a covid vaccine and repeated that during every interaction she had with me. Seems silly to work in a pharmacy and undermine the pharmacology that you're working with. Filled out the paperwork online days before going in. When I arrived I had to redo all of the paperwork which held up the line of people behind me. I witnessed an older pharmacist ask 2 other pharmacists to do tasks in which they proceeded to ignore her and walk away. The pharmacist who gave me the vaccine was kind and helpful but every pharmacist at the counter (especially the tall blonde girl) seemed completely clueless and incompetent, if not rude. Don't think I'll be getting my scripts refilled here either after reading other customer reviews. All around poor customer service.

Used this pharmacy for over 5 years. They were amazing until management, ownership and staffing changed. Before the pharmacist left he told me how the corporate office was hiring staff with online interviews and not actually training them then throwing them into the pharmacy, it showed. I stayed with them for another year because it made my life easier to have my meds delivered in a pop out pack. Several times my meds were "no longer covered" and they back billed me. I contacted my health plan provider and the meds were covered. The new pharmacist rewrote my prescriptions with alternatives approved which was the opposite of what my physicians stated in the original prescriptions. After a bit of digging I found it was the brands that give Rexall kickbacks. I have now switched pharmacies. Rexall did what they could to make it as difficult as possible. My new pharmacy requested my medication list with prescriptions from physicians. Rexall faxed over photocopies that were written all over (not my information, other peoples personal health info was on it, like it was the closest thing to jot a note on) and were illegible. I spent a week contacting my physicians and updating the new pharmacy location and requested every prescription be faxed to the new pharmacy. Last weekend I had to use my epi pen and my new pharmacy didn't receive that from Rexall. My family physician thought the allergist would send that prescription and visa versa. They contacted Rexall who said they had no record of it. I called Rexall and requested it be sent over and provided the prescription number off the epi pen. After being put on hold for 15 minutes someone came on the line thinking I was someone else and put me back on hold. After another 15 minutes I hung up. I have an appointment with my family physicians office tomorrow to get the refill sent. Don't waste your time here, they will definitely waste yours.
