Nous avons séjourné une nuit pour pouvoir prendre l'avion à l'aéroport JFK.|Situé à 20 minutes de l'aéroport, l'accès a été très simple et rapide.|Piscine sympa pour les enfants et le parents avec une bonne profondeur permettant de nager et de faire des plongeons ?

Le service était satisfaisant et nous avons aimé notre séjour. Il devrait y avoir un peu plus de chaines pour la télévision. Tout est correct à part cela.

The front desk staff were friendly and courteous and it was a plus having security on site during late nights. The room was clean and comfortable & the pillows soft and fluffy. The coffee and tea option inside the room was great also the bathroom amenities. I was surprised there was even a mini refrigerator. Breakfast was simple but good and satisfying. There were options which was also good. I did not like the fact that there was not much to do within walking proximity of the hotel except there is a TGI Fridays right next door. I would be back.

We were looking for an affordable hotel, somewhat near the airport, that wasn't a dump. We found it here. Reasonable price. Clean enough. Located in a nice neighborhood with food and shopping within walking distance. It was about a 30 minute drive from the airport, but I think it was worth it. The continental breakfast was more than I was expecting.

When I booked on line it was under the impression that I was dealing with Ramada/Wyndham resorts. That was not the case. I chose the hotel looking at the posted photos of the entrance and a room that looked decent. The picture depicts a welcoming entrance to the hotel. It does not show what it really looks like. When I got to the hotel and got my room I saw the rear parking lot filled with young men playing rap music, smoking marijuana and drinking alcoholic beverages. As I unpacked my car I felt unsafe and alerted the manager of what I saw. He said he would get security on it. 10 minutes later I went back to my car and the same people were there. I met my wife in front of the hotel and walked with her back to the room where a man sitting on his balcony was cat calling my wife. I knew that management was blowing me off when I told them of the situation. On my last night to stay, I came back to the room and found that the room was not serviced. Prior to leaving for the day I told the front desk to have our room cleaned with fresh towels. That was not the case as I alerted the night manager. His customer service was not helpful and said that if I don’t like it I can check out early. He insisted that my room was clean as per his check marked sheet that said my room was cleaned. He forcibly checked me out as he got verbally aggressive with me. He said if I don’t leave the hotel he was going to call the police which I told him to call. The manager was disgusting and needs to be fired. He is a coward and needs to grow up. A extended stay resident told me that the manager is rude to the hotel patrons and knows he can get away with making trouble for them. It’s not the first time he yells at people since he is being bullied by extended stay and patrons. It is also known that the hotel charges by the hour since the people who are assigned the rooms are soliciting people to use theres temporarily. Ramada needs to look into this matter. I don’t need a reply back from this incident since I will never patronize the Ramada hotel ever. To sum this experience the picture of the place is deceiving and is bogus. The hotel is poorly taken care of and subpar.

I paid $250 for one night. The room rate should be more like $40. The room is outdated, furniture is old, torn, broken, mismatched, worn. The area doesn’t look or feel safe. Seems there are long term “renters” there. The rooms need a lot of work and not worth $250. I wouldn’t stay there again.

When my flight was cancelled and rebooked for the next day, this Ramada hotel was my safe haven! I immediately felt like I was right at home! Very comfortable and relaxing, excellent service and help provided by the staff, very clean and safe. When the man at the front desk saw I was traveling alone, he upgraded me to their safest room, the king suite. Families and kids filled the lobby even late at night when I arrived at 11pm. Breakfast was also very filling with lots of options. My cancelled plane was delayed even further the next day and the man at the front desk offered me their extended check-out. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who needs a good and simple place to stay in Rockville Center. Thank you for making me feel safe and taken care of on my difficult travel journey.
