Great place friendly knowledgeable staff answers all your questions clean store everything you need is in stock. The women behind the counter are amazing You don’t have to ask for your prescriptions to be filled they fill them for you and will be ready for you when you need them Competitive prices and pharmacist knows they’re stuff The owner is a hard working Man that has built the store from the ground up it’s the only drugstore I will go to in the city I don’t need to go anywhere else

I can’t believe the outstanding service of this pharmacy. Never have I received this kind of treatment. I recently moved into the area and after carefully reading reviews I decided on this pharmacy to maintain my regular medications. They welcomed me to the community and made me feel comfortable. They refill my prescriptions so quickly I wonder why my other pharmacies took days, often more than a week. I just refilled one type of medication over the phone and without asking they told me they had already renewed another type since they knew I was getting low. All of this after hours when the pharmacy had already closed! I rarely wait more than one minute in line as they have many attendants/pharmacists working there to assist you. I am so glad I found this pharmacy and highly recommend it to others.

Super friendly staff. They make you feel at home. They get to know you personally and will attend to all your needs. The good Doctors are also in there and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I don't even waste my time with my family dr anymore. It's one stop and you get everything done and everything you need all in one place and fast. The owner goes above and beyond for anyone. It's fantastic!!!

I love this pharmacy, they are the best pharmacy that I have ever known, Dan is very friendly and helpful and you can tell he is a good soul,I noticed that he is tired lately, but keep your chin up and don't let the politics and grumpy people get you down, you are a good person and are doing a great job

This is the best pharmacy in the world! The pharmacist is very kind, and efficient! He takes the time to ask how everyone is doing, and gets to know his customers. He gives discounts to people who need it. The staff are always very pleasant, and courteous too! I was able to get both covid shots at this pharmacy, quickly, and seamlessly! I was also provided with documentation, following each shot. This staff does dispense methadone, and I think that they are excellent with this particular program! They are consistently open minded, and non-judgemental, which helps people access medicines to get better, and/or stay well!
I think they do an excellent job!! This pharmacy is very clean, and organized. They have a lot of nice salt lamps, and oil diffusers, and a great selection of aromatherapy oils, as well. I've ways been happy with Quinte IDA!

This is my regular pharmacy and everyone who works there is great. The service here is so much better than shopper's which is where I was going previously. Faster, friendlier, and more helpful!
