Excellent service, had an emergency / painful UTI that unfortunately couldn't get through and embarrassed to my GP to make an appointment and did an online consultation for my condition answering Q's to best of my ability (autism)

The net doctor advised me what it could be, talked to me and provided me a few days ago with Antibiotics to treat the condition. I may have to visit my GP in person if the condition flares up again / doesn't improve but good to have safety net in case local GP / Hospitals are too busy to see patients - especially now during Winter - flu, covid, etc doing the rounds

Prescription did not arrive next day as stated and my illness is now extremely painful. Had to email today to see what the delay was. Brief reply apologised for delay but promised I would receive the order tomorrow. We shall wait and see. Paying for next day delivery should guarantee same. Not happy at all.

Cannot rate or thank Prescription doctor enough. Consultation and ordered on a Thursday, meds delivered the following day. Highly recommend this company. Could not get my usual meds from my Doctor unless I made an appointment. 3 weeks was the first date available. Thanks to PD I now have my meds and my discomfort has subsided.

Delivery was supposed to be Tuesday, it’s now Wednesday so I checked my emails and now it’s coming on Friday, I would have ordered elsewhere if I’d have known. There’s not even an apology, I’ve already paid so there’s nothing I can do.

I purchased paracetamol. It’s was expensive. I am temporarily housebound and couldn’t find anyone to pick some up for me. The product arrived 3 days later. I paid for Royal Mail tracked. 3 packets of paracetamol arrived today with the price tag of £1.49 on each of them. I paid almost £15 for these tablets and feel I have been truly stitched up. Slow despatch and an absolute rip off.
