I had a very bad experience with the customer service. I did not buy anything from here because I wasn't treated well. I called up the store and asked if they deliver to address or not and he said no. I was asking if I can do it on dunzo or Swiggy Genie, by the time I could finish the question he cut the call. And did not respond at all. I am terribly sick and cannot go out so I'm looking for options to get the medicine delivered to my place, but this is the kind of response I get from a pharmacy store.

extremely rude owners of the shop..i sent my patient for some urgent medicine in mumbai . the staff/owner not ready to talk on phone to understand the medicine , not even allowing the concerned person to stand in shop and talk on phone..such rude behavior isnt expected from a medicine seller..very bad attitude

Pathetic experience... Don't know how to talk to a customer... Don't have time to even talk and understand the medicine prescribed ..And behaving like he has a monopoly shop in andheri and there is no other shop around.. Stupid people in the shop

Dr. Paulomi Shukla is the most patient and kind doctor I've ever known. Her treatment has always been very effective and she's always willing to answer all my doubts regarding my health. Would highly recommend her. Their pharmacy is very well maintained. She and her husband are always helpful and polite towards everyone.

Very rude owners. The owners lack basic etiquettes of how to talk to people. Highly disgusting fact along with their rudeness is that they accept only CASH. My advice is that absolutely don't take any pains to visit this shop cum clinic. There are many other better homeopathic pharmacies in the town with better people. But don't visit Pragati homeopathy opposite Andheri West station.

Excellent diagnosis and prescription by Dr Paulomi Shukla. Every time I have been there either for my kids chronic stomach prob or my skin problem have got the perfect medicines.
Suggestion:Kindly take appointment b4 going for consultation. The doctor is quite busy always.

it’s more than 2 years I know Dr.Paulomi. I Was been suffering from severe stomach infection and it has been solved within a months . My husband is also perfectly fine after taking her medicines. All the way from Thane to Andheri was big task but still we manage to go to her only because we have faith and the way she replies & explains in details every single question. Thank you Dr. Paulomi
