Had a bad experience at the middle of the pharmacy counter a couple of weeks ago. One older grey haired lady repeatedly rude and barked at us more than once and then shouted us out. I was so embarrassed. AVOID her.

I always have a good experience at this pharmasave, the staff is super quick on my getting my prescriptions done. Only suggestion would be letting patients know when there prescriptions are ready for pickup? I haven't received a call back before but it's understandable since they have so many clients to contact regarding prescriptions.

As a family we have used Geens since 2004. All right in the beginning, but service has dropped well below par. If it was just one incident, we could over look that. There have been many. There is no service and its like you are an inconvience. There have been a few bright spots but they have been few and far between. The idea of 3 days for a repeat prescription is absurd. At times the staff is just plain rude. For no apparent reason.
Fortunately we have moved on to another pharmacy.They actually acknowledge you by name and actually ask how you are doing. Glad we found them.

Always great advice & helpful assistance from everyone in the store. The prescription counter technicians to the checkout staff.
The main store staff are always very helpful, as are the checkout staff at the front end of the store
We've been going to Geens for many years and have always been satisfied. The hours are convenient, the selection & variety of products makes it easy to find what you need.

My family has gone here forever, so by default as an adult I continued coming here for my prescriptions, I've always had great service but the last year has been a joke. Numerous times I have gone in to the store to request a prescription to be filled and come back a few hours later as specified and it was forgotten/never entered in. I have also been spoken down to by one individual numerous times at the back pharmacy and I can't stand it. I am a customer paying money and should be treated with respect when I treat the staff with respect. I understand sometimes things happen and sometimes things get lost or forgotten and it gets busy and stressful but for almost every time the last year there's an issue. I think the staff in the pharmacy needs reevaluated, there are a few nice ones back there and the pharmacists are nice and helpful. The staff at the front of the store are remarkable always friendly!

Pharmacy is not a social gathering! The staff are rude and don’t even want to help. They only care about themselves and what they did last night etc..don’t be in a hurry here. You’ll wait, and wait and wait, even after you’ve called and put in your Rx the day before! Rude rude rude staff. Stay away. Better off not supporting the little guy, they suck! No urgency in this place for anyone or anyone’s time. P.s. Geens don’t bother even contacting me on this. NEVER AGAIN
