After 6 days they give you a tracking number to nowhere with no details. If you ask for supervisor, they she say it take 24 to 48 hours to get back to You. They operate have no patient to work with you to find where your medication is? They have no time to listen to track you medication which I need 5 days ago. My point Delivery is suck and once it goes .. Goos Luck …

I’ve been going to K.U for three years! Started with Cancer treatment, ended get injured on a job tore my leg up and and had Mild Traumatic Brian injury, while being treated for that, got Burnt really bad and they helped me heal from the burns! Still seeing Dr Satelli and Dr Roggy for the Cancer which my response to the medicine is working! Thank you two them both and their staff! Still currently get therapy for the TBI, making progress thanks to Dr Rippee and Maria D! Getting treatment for the my left leg due to the ladder injury! Dr Heddings and the sports medicine therapy and all his staff, thanks to Dr McGee and staff for the nerves side of my injuries ! Let’s not forget all the wonderful people that work on the burn until they helped get me back to what is now my new normal! Heaven sent! KU is the only way to go! They treated me like family. Usually I have nothing to complain about everything always uses great but this last time was just terrible poor customer service and the pharmacy cashier she needs another job she has no respect it's disrespectful she has an attitude she don't smell she looks like her dog just ran over and killed I think she needs to go work Goodwill at the Goodwill or pick up trash on the Cur

After 16 days Im home! This hospital is the BEST EVER!! Best nurses Ive EVER had!!

Speedy service. Kind staff. Helped me with an insurance issue and made a note encase it happens again. Have most all meds on hand.
