Pharmacie Walgreens

The pharmacist, Doug Meyer, was very helpful. I was out of insulin and needed an emergency refill which Doug made possible. Thank you again!

Went to store at bootlegger/hwy 21 they couldn't find my prescription..this is a common theme here...need better storage system..get rid of those small containers...then went to store at 1203 business 190 for vaccine shots, did the qr code sign successfully and waited and waited finally asked pharmacist what the procedure was to get shots & told oh computer did not "flag" I was waiting..a computer problem...always seems to be an issue at whatever Walgreens I go to...need need computer system...

I love the pharmacy here. The staff in pharmacy is always very professional, nice, and kind. They make me feel like a valued customer and always have my medication ready it seems ahead of promise times. All the pharmacists are very nice as well as I have talked to them recently. Their pharmacy is very well ran. They always have a smile on their face, and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. The drive thru is my favorite as it is so convenient. I just went here again in January 2024 for pharmacy. The staff is always nice and friendly still after all these years. Definitely a well ran store with nice employees.

Store employees are usually friendly. Pharmacy employees are hot and miss. Pharmacists themselves tend to be rude. They can get away with it though as they're the only 24hr pharmacy here.

Was just a stop to drop off a prescription then again an hour later to pick up same.

I have been a customer of Walgreens at Claiborne Hill for 10 years I have brought thousands of dollars in merchandise from the store. I love the store manager and the and the employees. I shop there twice a week. Needless to say the way I was treated in the pharmacy, was so condescending and rude, I had to say something. The employees in the pharmacy know who I am, as they see me all the time. This is why I am taking time to warn you. This is my first prescription with them, so you can imagine the heartbreak i felt filling my prescription. They know me, but they don't know my name as my prescriptions were at another pharmacy. My Doctor called in in, so they still don't know who I am. I only shared several calls, but never went bodily to them until I was sure it was ready. I was called by an employee, and i was horrified how she spoke to me, not allowing me to speak, and cut me off in a rude condescending manner. I was waiting on a second Rx, that was going to bring all of my Rx to be transferred there. I gave it a day to be transferred, and i was called in, only to get the same treatment, so I wanted to make my displeasure known to the Pharmacist, only to be treated the same disrespectful manner. I seldom take time to give feedback , but i wanted to warn perspective customers of the way I was treated. I do plan on taking my business to another pharmacy, and I plan on visiting the store Manager that knows me well, and i will make sure to let him know how I was treated. I will always shop my store, as always, but I will never use their pharmacy I guess I'm not important enough to fill my prescriptions at Walgreens Pharmacy, but I will continue to enjoy the store with the employees there who love the fact I spend thousands of dollars with them. WALGREENS PHARMACY AT HWY 190, YOU ALL NEED A REFRESHER COURSE AT HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS! It's hard to get employees that care, but if you hate your job to the point that you are rude to your customers IT MAY BE TIME TO MOVE ON!
