I'm a big fan of Pharmaca but this is my least favorite store. I exchanged something once in this store and the woman who works there (I think she is a manager, a Asian lady) met me with a cold and distrustful response. The item was unopened but I could not find my receipt. She proceeded to give me a credit with 20% deducted. It was weird. So I don't go into this location that much because I would prefer to avoid her. I also encountered another person in this location who asked me to "prove" I had a practitioner discount. Often I think if the person at the top is a distrustful so will be the staff hence his behavior was in keeping. But, on a better note, I've experienced other staff in the store who are much warmer and kinder. Even with her I still love Pharmaca but I think she needs some cheerfulness training!!!

I had to call them 5 times to get a prescription transferred and when I finally did they didn’t accept my insurance or goodrx. I’ve now been trying for 2 days to get them to transfer to CVS and they aren’t answering when CVS calls to transfer. Super annoying and I’ve been almost a week without my medication. Go elsewhere.

The pharmacy team went above and beyond! I had some problems with the way my doctor wrote the prescriptions, and Sandra and David solved the problem within 24 hours! I am forever grateful for everyone for supporting my wellness and getting what I needed before I traveled! They work miracles under pressure!

We were trying to find a J&J COVID booster and walked into this pharmacy since we were nearby. The female pharmacist first told us it was an hour wait, then when we asked to get on the list she told us they could not do it until next week. She was unhelpful and rude and extremely unhelpful. She also was not wearing a mask. If she doesn't want to deal with the public perhaps they can give her a job stocking boxes in the back of the store. We won't be back.

This pharmacy, after first telling me that they would give me a flu shot, the one for persons over 65 (I am 77), then, after I had completed the necessary paper forms, refused to give me the shot on the grounds that Medicare had told them I could get Medicare coverage for such a shot only at a CVS or Walgreens pharmacy. This I subsequently ascertained with Medicare directly was completely false; they never direct people to specific pharmacies or chains or refuse coverage for flu shots at any pharmacy that accepts Medicare assignment. Bottom line: this pharmacy evidently does not accept Medicare assignment. Be warned, and go elsewhere if you're expecting Medicare to cover all or any portion of your medicine expense.

This is one of the best pharmacies I have used through the years. They are all eager to help in any way possible. They follow through and quickly fill each prescription carefully. A pharmacist is always available to discuss medication with me. They text me when my prescriptions are ready. They get a 10 from my experience with them.

Best pharmacy I've ever been to in ANY state (no not state of mind)!! They've always gone above and beyond by calling and faxing Dr.s when a refill or prescription is necessary. The pharmacists are incredibly knowledgable, at times I feel like I am talking to my Dr.

Hours are posted to close at 7pm on Saturday’s. I’m here at 6pm and the store is certainly not open. Hard to justify supporting smaller health and wellness stores like this when you can’t count on the same reliability you get from the bigger chains. What a shame- won’t be trying again in the future.
