Ran by complete amateurs from top to bottom.unhelpful staff that only tell you what they can't do instead of what they can do for you .worst customer service around , avoid at all cost please

Terrible no stars if it was an option
Lazy, take no action, allow tenants to run riot destroying council property, refuse to take action on problem tenants, would not recommend, unless your a huge problem tenant that wants an easy time then apply here

My personal experience of dealing with this organisation isn't very good. I would strongly suggest that if you reside in a council house then you don't waste your time applying. Don't waste your time applying if are in work. Paisley south housing association specialises in providing 2nd homes to junkies and alcoholics. That's why when you drive up neilston rd at night there is hardly any lights on in the flats

Sending debt collectors to 80 year old woman's house over a matter of 50 pounds. (That she doesn't owe) if they'll do that how low are they willing to go?
