Ordered GoldenEye eye drops online. Order accepted and money taken then informed they are having issues obtaining the item. Offered me ointment which I refused. They then told me they'd let me know when the item was back in stock and when it would be despatched. Didn't hear anything. Contacted them and they made some excuse to the effect that they don't post items themselves but they use Royal Mail. (My purchase was with THEM.They completely missed the point that THEY were to contact me when the item was back in stock. They did dispatch the item by 'Tracked' post and I got the item this week. However it was a very protracted purchase. Wouldn't use them again.

I ordered and paid for an item costing over £100 at the beginning of August 2024. I have not received the item or a refund. I have contacted customer services numerous times, but no one is ever available to discuss the matter! This is obviously a very dodgy company. I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order.

After reading poor reviews I was sceptical about this company, however I received exactly what I ordered to my front door, 48hrs after ordering. No issues. Top service. Would use again and felt it just to give honest and positive review.

I placed an order with Online Pharmacy4U, over a month ago. These people are thieves!! Not only have they not delivered the medication, but they have not refunded my payment. I have emailed them many times, and phoned them over 20 times. No one is ever available to answer with my queries, let alone deal with the issues!! They are Scammers. Do not give them your money.

Ordered items. They accepted my payment and confirmed the order but then declined to send my items. On requesting refund they stole £5 and only sent a partial refund. This was not my fault. They never sent out the order !! So no restock needed. This is a calculated con ! Warning do not use this dishonest company !

Terrible customer service. I ordered and paid for next day delivery. The delivery wad attempted but wouldn't deliver as I wasn't home to sign. Nowhere on the site does it state that the delivery required a signature., and now my medication has been delayed. Customer services were simply not interested

Avoid using them for anything at all. They don't have any functional returns policy. They do not respond to emails and their number rings through. They send an incorrect item after a misleading advert. STAY AWAY, I REPEAT, STAY AWAY

Shocking customer service after they sent the wrong meds and won’t refund or cover the cost to return it. Careless at best, dangerous as worst and have reported to ombudsman and GPHC
