Cet hôtel offre de bons services, y compris le parking gratuit, une terrasse et une piscine extérieure très jolies. Mais le décor y est dépassé, la température du lobby est bien trop basse, et les repas y sont décevants. Le prix à la journée ne vaut pas le séjour.

I have stayed here for many years for business travel. Always even during COVID their service has been so great. This is why I come back though there are other choices in that area. Downstairs, food and reception areas remodeled in 2021 and are open well lit and responsive to business travel needs. Full compliment of travel accessories in the coffee area. Now with the room updates... Oh my word! Bathroom fixtures, bedding all replaced and well thought out. The biggest improvement is multiple outlet areas adjacent to work and bed spaces which was an inconvenience in the past. HVAC upgrades and TV with still movie selections which has been eliminated from so many hotels. These rooms have also maintained their generous size and have always been quiet even close to the elevator. Highly recommend.

Stayed there on Fri Oct 18.2024. Hotel is at a great location, property is reasonable well maintained. I was attending a wedding there. Rooms were OK (but not really worth the price).

Staff attitudes were very poor. I was given a room where they failed to mention that the water was going to be shut off from 10 to 4 - till after they assigned me the room. The younger girl at the front desk was gruff and not very pleasant. Later on the next morning, it was the same girl, who on the phone refused to extend my stay. She appears to have some chip on her shoulders against brown folks. I simply came down and the guy at the front desk extended it with no problem. The bartenders had a really horrible attitude - the one guy I ordered a drink from acted like I was from an outer planet and he was doing me a favor. 90% of the staff of the hotel seem be using the little power they have in their jobs to feel playing favorites with customers on their own terms. Will avoid this hotel in the future.

Best hotel experience ever. Staff is so accommodating. Facilities and rooms beautifully appointed and comfortable. Food at the bar and restaurants delicious.
Plenty of places to walk to also. I love this hotel. Shout out to front desk, Daniel in particular is an outstanding employee. Top notch individual.

Beautiful hotel, professional staff all around. Tish who worked the Front Desk was amazing with her communication via email and in person. Shout out to Tish! The lobby bar to the pool facing the lake downstairs - just a neat experience! Highly recommend!

Stanley was an excellent assistant in helping me get to my room and helping with my medical equipment. I wish more hotels had this sort of excellent employees. I have stayed at many hotels and the customer service here is beyond excellent. Too bad there are not more Stanley’s out there.
