Alan is very knowledgeable and knows his products inside and out. He has actually told me that I don't need something and to put it back to save myself $$. I’ve been coming here for years (since I started lifting) and have never been disappointed by them. They are super friendly and very very knowledgeable about what they sell. I’ve never been up sold on anything and have always gotten honest answers about products and questions I have. Nate is the go to guy for just about anything. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF!! He makes recommendations, but never pressures you into anything! Even though this nutrition store is a little out of the way, I chose to come here every time.
