The food was absolutely amazing. We had the Oxtail tacos, Fish Tacos, Fried Green Tomato BLT, BBQ Fried Chicken and the Pork chop! We shared everything and was completely blown away! A must do restaurant! Oh and Fried Green Tomato appetizer is the bomb!

Из минусов внутри состояние столов оставляет желать лучшего. Но персонал и вкус еды делает однозначно все круто!

It’s a rather simple spot for comfort food that’s not loaded with fats, and I love the concept. The chicken was light and not too dry. Sweet potatoes were great too. Expect to spend $30+ with a dessert.

Delicious food and super friendly service! Both celiac and were so excited to see so many comfort food favourites that are gluten free! Catfish tacos, mac and cheese, fried chicken, and cornbread were all 10/10. Will definitely be back!!

My 2 Cents is just down the road from our AirBnB and we were drawn to the wonderful smell of food wafting while we walked by. Finally had a chance to actually try the food and we all loved it. They have a few vegan options and I tried the Plantain and Callaloo Tacos (sweet and savory), Sweet Potato Crumble (just mouth watering) and Braised Greens (simple, exactly as I like them), all really good!! My friends had the Shrimp and Grits as well as the Fried Green Tomatoes, and they couldn’t stop raving about them. Took home some Sweet Potato Pie and it was soooooo tasty and filling! Good music was playing and while not a fine dining place it’s cute and has a great vibe. Staff were wonderful too, definitely going to go back for more more more!

Food was terrible. I mean...I was flummoxed. I was confused and I was appalled. Black owned?!!!!! Food was way underseasoned and chicken was dry. I almost threw up in my mouth when I bit into the baked egg. It had the consistency of rubber and zero taste. I gagged involuntarily and spit it out in a napkin. I NEVER do that.
There was one employee with locs who came over to see if we were okay. He made his rounds while I saw other people on their phones. I didn't have the heart to tell him that the food was below quality and I was upset I spent 50 something dollars on it and why was my total 50 something dollars? 22 plus 22 is 44....tax is 8 something
You pay first and the Sunday Brunch is 22 dollars a person with less than a half dozen options to choose from (more like 3 to 4 in the two categories side and main). You get your own water they only had lemonade to offer and their own fridge had premium water. I was gonna try the desserts until they told me they made them. The brown sugar caramel cake sounded good but I didn't wanna be fooled a second time.
I was really looking forward to trying them. They've been on my list for several months as spots to patronize. Will never return.

Southern goodness that is not overly greasy! It's pretty healthy tasting in a good way and fits the LA scene. There's street parking only so it can be a bit of a pain. The Grilled Catfish was done well and I got it with Cheesy Grits. The Sweet Potatoes and Collard Greens are really tasty too! Must have then together. They also have a big selection of desserts too so get some to go! The Upside Down Pineapple Cake is simple and delish!

Very delicious well thought out dishes! Friendly and courteous service with a personal touch. We had the Pork chop with plantains and the Sautéed catfish with cheese grits. For dessert: German chocolate cake. Elevated southern perfection!
