My brother lives at the seward square building and has to take his food when he leaves so it doesn't get stolen. He has needed a new lock for 6 years. Homless people live in the building it is not safe it is also infested with cockroaches and rodents.

The workers here are not held accountable for their lack of professionalism. If you need help, they do not respond! They don’t care because it doesn’t affect their housing, but they don’t realize clients depend on them for their help! Please start auditing your employees and the type of service they provide because it’s unacceptable!

I have never had any problems getting ahold of my section 8 worker up until now. I’m trying to move into a new apt soon but my worker refuses to call me or email me back. I don’t know what else to do. I’m thankful for my housing I just wish the staff would treat us a lot better.

My live in aide and I have called every. single. day. Multiple times a day even, for 2 weeks now, and not one person has bothered to call us back or even pick up the phone. There are no options to even talk to a real person. Is this how the city of Minneapolis and the PHA treats disabled people? Is this the message you want to send disabled residents? Extremely disappointed and the PHA needs to mass replace all of their staff if they care so little about doing their jobs.

You can't get through when you call on the phone. Hennepin County as a whole has his new answering service that is literally sabotaging people from getting the help that they need. By simply saying that they have too high of a call volume please call again later. Then disconnects the call

If I could give them zero stars I would. They are the worst housing authority I have ever dealt with. They never get anything done in a timely matter. I have to keep coming up there just for them to give me the run around every single time.
