Needing painkillers at 11pm - really pleasantly surprised to find a pharmacy open at this time. Very helpful staff. I don’t mind that it was more expensive than boots (not by that much, if you get the non-brand medications) especially given the time of night.

Came here when I had a painful skin infection that urgently needed to be looked at and given medication for at 9pm on a Saturday when no other pharmacy was open. I feel very lucky that they were open and that they could help me. The pharmacist was so kind and helpful and made the process of getting antibiotics seamless and easy on what could have otherwise been a very stressful night. Thank you again!

Ignore the negative reviews. They're my local pharmacy and are open all hours which I've never had my entire life, always helpful, and know their stuff. I'm a repeat med customer so am here regularly, so I know when they know their stuff. The negative comments about price... Yes it's more expensive than boots because shock... It's not a huge multinational chain, what are you expecting? Of course it will cost more, this is the same for any small local business. If you know it costs less and you're willing to complain then you have enough time to go there and buy there instead of sullying the name of honest small businesses.

I hope I never have to return here again. I needed a new prescription of my inhaler and nasal spray and my app with GP at Hand prompted me to reorder. The pharmacy said I did not have any prescriptions available and then wanted to know when I last collected my inhaler and shouted at me when I said I couldn’t remember. I’ve been taking more than usual (under medical direction) recently as my asthma has been really bad but my doctor approved my inhaler reorder so surely I should be allowed to have the medication?

When I tried to show the gentleman serving my app with the dates confirmed of the medication reorder, he shouted he didn’t want to see. I rarely complain or write negative reviews but I am so shaken up after that confrontation. I will be asking my GP to move my repeat prescriptions to a different local pharmacy.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 15 years but I will try my hardest never to walk through the door ever again.

Amazing service open till midnight on bank holiday saved my life there was gentleman on the counter he greeted me very well and passed me on to the pharmacist thank you to all of you, highly recommend they won’t let you down

I visited two other pharmacies over the past two hours.
Although very helpful, they were unable to give me the medication I required.
Med-Chem Pharmacy was very helpful and provided the medication I needed very quickly .pharmacist at med chem use her professional judgment and supply my messages as I was desperately needed.
