The pharmacist answered the phone as "hello" and not as a pharmacy, I thought I had called the wrong number. He opened late and told me to call back in 30 mins and hung up. When I called back, he was rude and wouldn't give me all of the information I needed to transfer a prescription. He was condescending and said "its not my job to give you all of the information." The customer service, the attitude and professionalism is at a minimum, if that. I dont understand how they are still in business....
After reading other reviews, makes sense that this is a recurring problem and complaint. DO NOT FILL HERE

I love coming to this pharmacy! My prescriptions are always amazing quality and reasonably priced. I’ve never had any problems whatsoever. I will always come here! Thank you Guys! Keep up the great work!

Only giving this one star because I can’t choose anything less. I hate leaving bad reviews, but it has to be done to warn others. The guy that I guess “manages” this pharmacy - Francis Edaki - is almost NEVER here when needed. Every time I come, there’s either no one behind the desk or if he is here, he’s on a personal phone call. NO IN BETWEEN. It’s frustrating when people have somewhere to be and have to wait literally an hour to 30 minutes to even get service. He has a paper on the wall with his phone number for people to call him when he’s away from the desk & will answer the phone saying “This is M&M Pharmacy” while being elsewhere. I wish I could find a channel to report him & this pharmacy. The way that it’s run is absolutely insane and it’s been this way for YEARS.

First time in pharmacy, received Blackburn Cream and some face wash, Francis called other pharmacy to get a better check and beat their price hands down. He also included a serum. I have no insurance, so he provided a great discount and that was of great appreciation. Thanks Francis

I'm reviewing this pharmacy not as a patient but as an employee at another pharmacy. The pharmacist was rude, angrily shouting into the phone at me after taking it away from a female employee. If he acts that way with other pharmacies, I can't imagine how he treats patients. Later when I called the Pharmacist-in-Charge to file a complaint, that exact same pharmacist pretended to be someone else when the Board of Pharmacy website shows that there is only one staff pharmacist. If customer service is important to you, I would stay away.

I came to this pharmacy to pick up a retinol mixture from my dermatologist and it’s usually around 35-40 dollars depending on where you go for a small container. He tried to sell it for 60 dollars and told me the 40 dollar one was less strength. Now doesn’t the doctor prescribe certain strengths? She didn’t even say it was multiple strengths of this. Anyways I told him I’ll take the 40 dollar one and I think he was upset. He said (because I was on my phone) “whoever you texting doesn’t know anything”. Like what are you even talking about? Fast forward I been using this cream that I’m familiar with and it does NOTHING. What is even more messed up every pharmacy doesn’t carry this cream, and this pharmacy is in the same building as the dermatologist. But I’d rather drive to another location then to do any business with this scammer. I will be reporting him!

This guy is a fraud. I went to get my prescription filled.for my face cream Dr. Woolfolk prescribed. I was not informed there were different strengths for this BLACKBURN MIXTURE. I was told it $40 for the regular strength and $60 for extra strength. He's also peddling face serum that he's over charging for. Do not get your prescription filled here he will definitely over charge you.
