My insurance made me switch to Lumicera for my refrigerated specialty meds from a local pharmacy. I was really worried about it because I've had problems with having my meds shipped before and the reviews on here are mostly bad experiences. That said, from my experience they've been awesome! The people that helped me set up my prescription were very helpful and nice. I've had 2 shipments so far and they've come on the days they were expected. Now that things are set up, they send me a text when it's time to renew my prescription and I can set up a shipment through texts or phone calls. Then they send me a text when my meds are shipped and it includes the tracking information so I can see where things are at. They've been great!!!

Claimed they couldn’t get my medicine to the infusion clinic that’s only 13 minutes away in 10 days. WHAT a Joke of a pharmacy. If my insurance wasn’t forcing me to use them, I’d be gone in a flash! I talked to a supervisor and miraculously my prescription showed up to the clinic 3 days early. You can’t BS me

Takes Multiple Calls To Get Things Done. Missed Biologic Med shipments. Also, told me Janssen would refund my $5,416 and they did not. Tried to get them to move the charge to my Copay card off my credit card and they couldn't do that. Overall, not the place you want to be filling your specialty medications.

This has to be one of the worst pharmacies i've ever had to deal with Save yourself the hassle. Fight with your insurance company and see if you can get back to local pharmacy. Pick up because this company's a joke

They have an extreme inconvenient process that designed to hinder users. Phone calls constantly got dropped. Agents do not have any type of tracking system for communication. They repeated the same process over and over every time the phone got dropped. They transferred me to "supervisor", who turnt out to be a pharmacist.

They constantly give a different number and different copays each time you call. They also tell you your medicine is on your way then call you the day it is to be delivered that they are not sending it out. They also have to be constantly reminded of what copay assistance you have to use.

Rude lady who answered my phone call on the general phone line. Cut me off constantly. And wouldn't listen to me. Taking my prescription somewhere. If this is the first person a patient interacts with, a representative of Lumicera, then this business could use some improvements.
