I recently visited LUBSS SPA and had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. My stylist took the time to understand what I wanted and offered great suggestions. I left with a beautiful haircut that exceeded my expectations. The spa facilities were immaculate, with clean and comfortable treatment rooms, a serene relaxation lounge, and top-notch amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The Moroccan Bath is really good and there are several jacuzzi options.

Feels so good and relaxing after long time, I love the nature background music, i think it was one of the most influential factor that made me more relax. The place and atmosphere also clean and nice. 60min session seemed not enough though ? thank you for the friendly therapists and staffs. Hope to enjoy other (longer) treatment again here.

I think her name was Tracy! This was my second visit here, I had the 120 minute facial and 60 minute Swedish massage. My experience was faultless, I knew that I could have free use of the facilities before my booked treatments so I chilled out in the Jacuzzi first (they have saunas and different types hammam bath !)
Trecy was lovely, friendly and professional. Every moment was relaxing even when she was getting the knots out of my shoulders and ensured the pressure was just right.

Fantastic spa. Lots of treatment options. The staff are helpful and kind.
The Moroccan Bath is really good and there are several jacuzzi options.
There is a couple of places to sit and have a coffee, fast food.
Parking is good also.

Excellent service. I was able to walk in and book a deluxe facial for 45 minutes later. Npi was lovely, spoke to me about my skin type before the facial, the facial and full body massage was so relaxing and my skin feels amazing now. The room was cold and cozy, with relaxing music playing and Npi also gave me in depth skin care advice and answered all my questions. She is very lovely and kind, I felt welcomed and looked after. I wish I had more time in Edinburgh as I would have loved to get a back Turkish hammam bath too

Money racketing business with horrible service.

Also for some reason I cannot reply to your response so sharing my reply below:-

After writing the review the owner called me and requested me to take down the review.

However you are wrong. I have visited your spa and can perfectly describe the service I recieved and how it is from inside. You have white marbelled bathroom with steam that does not work. Also the spa room i was in had two beds for a couple or can be used for single massage. Now how do I know this? Cause I have visited the spa and i specifically remember your staff behaving rudely with me when I pointed out when I requested for medium to hard pressure but your masseur went with light pressure. Secondly your steam was not working along with cold shower.

But what did you resort to when I pointed it out? You decided to argue and falsely blame me. Another customer over heard me speaking with your staff. Now if I am speaking in a heated or your staff, a third person will see and reflect it in a neutral wherein he also walked out after hearing what I had to say.

Request you to focus more on your service rather than calling your customers and asking them to change their review!
