Today I went in looking for some medication for a bad cough, while speaking to the staff member at the counter, I started coughing yet again. The Pharmacist Mo, who was on his lunch break at the time came to do an examination and have a right good chat re my symptoms, safe to say I left a short while later with a prescription containing more than one item. Outstanding service! Friendly and knowledgeable pharmacist.

I've been unwell for two weeks and the pharmacist very kindly agreed to see me even though it was a Saturday and they were very busy. I was prescribed antibiotics, which I otherwise would have had to wait for until Monday. He took plenty time to speak to me and offer advice. I'm really grateful to him for his care.

This is a fabulous pharmacy. So helpful , easy to talk to and very accommodating. They are like old fashioned doctors - they give you time and focus. They are incredibly busy but you never feel forgotten. A brilliant addition to lanark health system and makes up for shortfalls elsewhere.

Definitely the best pharmacy. The pharmacist Mo and the staff there are all such a wonderful team who never fail to go above and beyond for their customers. They have helped me out so much, offering me medical advice and free deliveries, I have never been in a shop with such a good atmosphere. Highly recommend!!

I may be a bit biased as my daughter is one of the staff..but she is so happy in her roll since the change over as the staff all work as a team and MO the new owner is very very helpful and pleasant always has a welcoming smile and asks about your family staff are always willing to go the extra mile no matter how busy they are ..this pharmacy is definitely the place to go .

I’ve been looking after my grans prescriptions and have had issues from the previous chemist. Ever since Lanark Pharmacy have taken over it’s been a smooth hassle free service and it’s a completely different atmosphere. New man has gone above and beyond to sort out her prescriptions.
