Caught short of medication whilst away due to unexpected stay with work. Daniel and the team were really helpful and sorted me a temp solution until I got home. As my pharmacy sent me a barcode to use. Lovely, helpful, and friendly staff. Well done and thank you!

After having pain and partial hearing loss I saw an audiologist at a different practice and was advised this was an ear infection and that I’d need to be prescribed antibiotics. Due to the time of day I was unable to get a GP appointment and was not looking to wait for hours at the walk in centre.

I’m aware of the restrictions around prescribing for ears under 17 and so I’d need to see an independent prescribing pharmacist. I phoned the pharmacy first to see if you have an IP pharmacist and that it was regarding an ear infection, to which I was told I’d need to attend in person to speak to the pharmacist.

After walking 30 minutes in the rain, I was simply told by the pharmacist that he couldn’t look in the ears of someone over 17 for insurance reasons.

Now I’ve wasted my time, I’m soaking wet and my ear still hurts. I’m totally okay with this being outside the pharmacist’s scope of practice. But maybe you could do a little training and simply advise me of this over the phone instead of me trekking 30 minutes for nothing.

Got let down by obstructive Asda pharmacy where an emergency prescription was sent for my wife, with only 14 minutes to go my wife phoned ahead to lalys and I pegged it down there, I'm 54 so that extra mile took it out of me. Ibrahim was so kind to my wife on the phone and when I managed to get there he showed exemplary competence and kindness to me. Thank you lalys and thank you Ibrahim for going the extra mile for us my wife was in a lot of pain

Went to get help with a case of tonsillitis that became very bad over a weekend and was waiting on a response to an e-consult form from the GP, the consultation service with the pharmacist gave the opportunity to get help in a quicker and more straightforward route, not to mention everyone there that day were extremely helpful and kind and gave me a lot of confidence when I was quite anxious about what I was dealing with, would highly recommend and would definitely go back again for advice

Accessed the Pharmacy First service today for my son with symptoms of ear infection. Staff were very helpful, polite and thorough, and were able to prescribe my son the medication he needed, without us having to wait for hours at an Urgent Treatment Centre. Highly recommend this service.

This is the WORST pharmacy I been in ages! Everyone there is extremely abrasive, rude, borderline hateful, you ask them the simplest questions, they would shoot laser eye at you and physical threaten you.

Update: they got the cashier and prescription in separate section. When I approached the pharmacy section like a normal patient. Instead of explaining their weird practice like a normal person, this towering clerk of African Descent snapped and start yelling at me and literally threatened to physically remove me? If you are gonna treat an innocent customer with hostility just for stepping over your “imaginary line” god knows what you gonna do to patients you hold grudges against. They got SO MANY BAD reviews on ‘ TERRIBLE ATTITUDE’ treating customers with insolence and hatred is their specialty. Just look at the reviews by other people! It seems they only hire emotionally challenged, aggressive types, it’s their company culture. When a customer is mistreated they brushed if off. There’s also review on the pharmacist filling out wrong prescription? Well good to see unstable personality don’t go well with professionalism either…
It amazes me how every other pharmacy is normal except this one. Something seriously wrong with this place, all the bad reviews didn’t come from nowhere. I believe those people wholeheartedly carry a sickening disdain for CUSTOMERS and that carries through to how they interact with people. Pure hatred. There, the company“PR” trying to brush it off again, because they literally DONT CARE
