والله تعبنا ونحن نقول سوو صيدلية اورغنك او جيبو الادويه اللي مب موجوده بالدوحه … المعني للي يرفض الصيذلية انها طريق للي يتعالج اورغنك .. بالاخير المرضي كلهم يزورون الكل الطبيب الكيماوي والمستشفي والطب البديل …يعني محد بيكسد بضاعه حد بلهجه التجار والحاقدين …. الكل قاعدين ندور بفلك واحد صار اكثر من سنه اراجع علي ادويه معينه .. مب موجوده بالذوحه اظطر اشحنها من دوله خليجيه الله يجزيهم خير اللي يوفرونها … وقروها انتو واستفيدو بدل مانفع شركه الشحن المفتريين بالاسعار …. والله حريتًوني وبطيتو كبدي ?

I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. My doctor prescribed 8 pills, requiring two boxes since each box only contains 4 pills. However, I was given only one box, with the staff refusing to provide the second, claiming it was "as needed," which they interpreted as needing only 4 pills instead of the 8 prescribed by my doctor.

When I raised my concerns, the pharmacist didn't even make eye contact and continued speaking to me with her face turned away. The lack of professionalism and disregard for both my prescription and my concerns were extremely frustrating. It’s disappointing to see a pharmacy disregard a doctor’s orders and treat customers so dismissively. I will be looking for a different pharmacy in the future.

تعامل الطبيبة كان ممتاز من حيث شرح طبيعة المنتج وكيفية استخدامه لكن الذي أساء إلى هذه صيدلية العريقة تعامل موظفة الكاشير كان اسلوبها حاد دون مراعاتها لأصول فن وحسن التعامل مع العملاء وقد نبهت الطبيبة وأعتقد أنها من الجنسيه المصرية لذلك جزاها الله خير على كل ماتقدمه

I bought an Aircast boot from Kulud last week for my fractured foot and within a week the pump of the Aircast got faulty. The price was 675 qar and it didn’t even last 7 days. Yet Kulud denies replacement or return. A product with such minimal use comes out with a ‘manufacturing defect’ and the staff pays no heed to the customer saying there is no warranty. Terrible!! Whomsoever reads this, please refrain from buying these kind of orthopedic boots from Kulud as they are already a rip-off as well as they have no durability at all. Total disappointment!!

Editing this review - after I received a call from Kulud agreeing for refund as they followed up with the boot supplier. ?
