The pharmacy is terrible. My prescription was sent here and I was then told it would take an additional 5 days to fulfil. I explained I needed it however was told in no uncertain terms that it was my fault I has left it too late.

Fortuntately, the Well pharmacy over the high st is more than accommodating and the staff are so much more pleasant to deal with.

Sorry Knights, I know you took this pharmacy over recently but you really need to sort it out.

This would be zero stars if I was allowed even 1 star is far to generous for this pharmacy. I went in to put my prescriptions in and a prescription for my daughter. They said to come back Monday, which was fine for my prescriptions but my daughter needed her prescription asap, I told the woman behind the counter that I really needed my daughters prescription as she needs to start that medication today and the doctor also told me she needed to start that today. The lady went and told the pharmacist that I couldn’t wait until Monday for my daughters prescription so the pharmacist came over and was extremely rude. She said she was only doing emergency prescriptions and my daughters wasn’t an emergency. She was extremely rude and abrupt to me and said to go elsewhere for it. I don’t drive and there’s only one other pharmacy in skewen. I have severe anxiety and had a panic attack after leaving having been spoken too like I was something on the bottom of her shoe. How dare she speak me a customer like that. I will never be going back to that pharmacy again. Thankfully the other pharmacy did have the medication and it was ready in 3 minutes. I will be using them from now on. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this pharmacy. The amount of times I’ve been there waiting for well over an hour for 1 small prescription is ridiculous. They stand around talking ignoring customers and expecting people to make multiple trips to them because they haven’t done peoples orders. Maybe if you all actually DID your jobs you wouldn’t be rushed off your feet on a Friday. So instead of yapping try doing your job that you are paid to do. Also some of your staff need training on how to speak to members of the public especially the blonde short curly haired pharmacist she is very rude!!!!

The worst pharmacy ever don't go there unless you got a few hours to spare, I feel sorry for elderly patients who have to walk there to be told to come back later or tomorrow, unhelpful staff just don't care how long you wait I went in with one item on prescription was abruptly told 30min wait are you going to wait I said no give it back I will go somewhere else.

The pharmacist here went above and beyond to help when I recently visited with my young daughter who appeared to have an eye infection. She was both knowledgeable and professional yet calming and reassuring at the same time.
All staff were polite and helpful and I shall certainly be returning here when I next need non-urgent medical advice.

Wouldn't give me a prescription because they claimed information was missing. So I returned to npt hospital where I got it and the doctor and support staff couldn't work out what information was missing. They let me get it from the pharmacy in the building in the end. Thanks for the stress and unnecessary travel?

I found the staff to be kind considerate and knowledgeable. Whilst some other customers appeared to be unhappy and in some cases very rude, my own experience was a happy one with my drugs being dispensed exactly as was predicted when my prescription was handed in. Well done and thank you for your professionalsim and prompt service.

Unreasonable and unreliable couldn't issue my medication because lunch break was more important, 8 women behind the counter who always takes 40 minutes to an hour when the other Pharmacy have 5 people who can sort prescription within 10 minutes, basically totally disgraceful unprofessional !!!

Organised chaos! In the queue when they opened at 2 pm. There were six or seven people in the queue before me. Some were going to wait and some were going to come back later to collect their prescriptions. Thought I wouldn't have to wait long. 50 minutes later I decided to ask what was happening. Assistant went to check and came back with the prescription - or at least part of it. Was told that one item was not kept in stock and they would have to order it. Totally incorrect as I have had the item before from stock. Asked to have the prescription back and I would try somewhere else nearer to home. The prescription was promptly handed back but they also kept the item they had in stock 'as you can't have one item off a prescription for multiple items'. So I wasted almost an hour for nothing - I'm 78 years old and not that mobile but I didn't get any sort of apology for the long wait. Will be steering clear of this place in future even though my Doctor's surgery is across the road!
