Chris, one of the pharmacists here is always extremely helpful, professional and kind. I never have to wait long at all. Sometimes my provider has sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and this location has always made it easy to remedy the issue. Thank you

I have no idea where the negative reviews have come from. After years in multiple states of going thru Walgreens and a few other disasters, this pharmacy is the best experience I've ever had, helpful knowledgeable and most of all FAST. I've never waited more than 10 minutes. Great job, from management to counter across at least 7 different employees I've worked with. Thank you!

I recently switched to this pharmacy from Walgreens and I have had a wonderful experience so far. My son got prescribed an antibiotic that there is a shortage of, they called me to let me know that they were out of it and they were going to contact his doctor for an alternative. About 30 minutes later they called me back and told me they were able to find another location that had it in stock and they had sent the order there. I feel like this should be standard practice, but compared to the service I received at Walgreens this is going way above and beyond. I’ve had my regular prescriptions filled here as well and they are always filled in a timely manner and they’re great about communicating when my prescriptions are ready. Only downside is if you go anytime after around 4 expect to wait a while because it’s super busy. I recommend trying to go in the morning during the weekdays.

My family and I have used this pharmacy since I was a child and they are great. Even though they tend to be short-staffed a lot, as long as you treat them as humans and remember that certain things are above them in the world of pharmacy business and insurance, they are amazing.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take the time to warn others. This is a very mismanaged and unprofessional pharmacy. They were rude to me on the phone, interrupted me several times, as I tried to tell my story. (Tesla was her name). I got several texts stating my refills were ready for my son. I called before I left to the store on the day I was able to go get them. My last experience was returning three times to get his medication. It was voided because apparently I took to long to get them. No warning, nothing.
Then, after getting texts saying they were ready, I was informed they did not only not have them ready, as they stated, they didn’t have any of the medication needed! When I talked to the manager (Robert) on the phone he said I was told they were out of the meds according to his computer. Their computer system must be messed up because I never received this vital information. I felt it necessary to go and actually show Robert the texts I did receive, because he basically called me a liar on the phone. He did show me a print out of the computer showing I got this text. Somehow, I failed to receive it.
When I explained my son was starting school tomorrow, and has to have his medication, he told me I shouldn’t wait so long. I can’t believe how rude and uncaring these health professionals are! I realize sometimes things are out of our control, but this was handled horribly. King Soopers should be horrified on how this pharmacy is being ran within their walls.
Needless to say I am changing pharmacies, and would not recommend anyone use this pharmacy.

Have used this pharmacy since 2019. I am not sure if the staff has changed but this morning 12/ 22/21, my experience was unpleasant. One pharmacy technician was not only rude,but also quite insensitive to an issueof a vaccation overide I requested that she ask the insurance company. She treated me as if I didn't understand her explanation. In fact she didn't understand the urgency of my request as I am about to leave town on a long trip. I immediately transferred my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I like to give business to a local pharmacy but not this king Soopers. The staff obviously hasn't learned any pleasant customer service.

I was very disappointed with the pharmacy at this location no sense of urgency. I should of stay with Walgreens were I never experienced this issue at all I saw my Dr on 8/27 my prescription to there office shows delivered verified at 1:26 pm yet the system at kingsoopers according to staff didn't get it till 12:30 am on 8/28 I am currently with a upper respiratory infection and I fine this to be a big inconvenience. Never again fo I come back

Prescription sent before they opened. no word from the pharmacy, hours later I attempt to pick it up. Needs a prior authorization, they didn't bother to reach out simply didn't fill the medication. Now after sorting that out, they still haven't filled it and are asking for another 30 mins. Not a helpful or reliable pharmacy.
