after my 30's, and 2 kids it has been more important to me to keep my body tone and lifted. Finally I am able to target those areas accurately bringing back more confidence and that sensation of accomplishment after each body fit workout. This studio is amazing! I did my trial session a week ago and I knew right away this was something I wanted to do long term! The studio is extremely nice, boutique style, and Lauren was incredibly thorough in explaining everything and answering all my questions, and best of all, she provided a highly motivating-personalized training!! I JUST LOVED IT so much that I immediately decided to become a member! ‍♀️
Today I had my 1st complete full class and I fell in love with the concept and my machine!!! Bayron is very energetic, knowledgeable and such a great motivator! I enjoyed these coached sessions so much that I wish I could come at least twice a week!…. I so look forward to my next session next week!! ?

I truly recommend this studio to anyone that needs a fresh, highly motivating, state-of-the-art, new training routine! Plus you will meet very special people here!

It is an amazing expierence! I highly recommend it for those either lacking time for lengthier workouts or to save time and still hit your fitness goals or trying to maximize gains. You control the intensity so it is at your comfort level, no pressure. And the staff and atmosphere were very pleasant. Also my trainer Johnny was knowledgeable and encouraging. It was quite a workout ? ?!
