I had some information that was missing but what matters is they fixed it. It was done quickly and correctly on the phone. Matter of minutes the information that was missing was in the system in a few minutes. Faiza was extremely helpful and professional. The Doctor was also great. He gives you a lot of information that is helpful. I would recommend to anyone. I drove from Miami Lakes and it was worth it.

This franchise group is extorting its clients. There is an initial charge for your first visit that is at the market rate of $300, but when you get approved, you have to pay to have your prescription entered in the system by the consulting doctor. You are locked to that doctor until he releases you, in which case you will have to go somewhere else and pay their initial fee. That puts this clinic above market rate. These fees were not explained and I haven’t found another clinic that operates with this model.

Looked pretty legit but the gentleman answering phones was not very informative. You think it's only $250 but then they ask for a state fee. Plus a recommendation fee. That's not including the product! Over $400 spent just to get started. Don't get fooled.

What a great staff and clinic. This is the most reliable and efficient clinic I have seen thus far. Staff is knowledgeable and caring. Don’t waste your time going anywhere but here to get your medical card.

Gotta say by far this is the best medical marijuana office ive seen many others either will take your money or spam you. Great staff and very helpful, super informative and well educated. Everyone should visit HIGH LIFE MEDICAL CENTER!!!

First off, Pines location is closed every darn saturday!!! It clearly says OPEN MONDAY - SATURDAY 10AM TO 6PM. BUT it is Never open. Very inconvenient for me and my wife to drive to HOLLYWOOD location.
