Pharmacist said that they didn't have a prescription for my acne med and to reach out to my provider. I reached out to my provider, and called them back to confirm they got the prescription, and the pharmacist asked if I really called my provider's office. She said to call them, I said I just did, and her words were "Did you really?" And when I asked why she would say that, she said that she didn't say it.

They were gonna make me wait 5 days to get my insulin for the fact that they didn’t have it in stock ?they almost never have insulin in stock. Always has to be a few days to order them. the delivery service can’t be setup in advance for some reason. You have to call when the medicine is ready for it to be delivered. Which is a total inconvenience! my daughter was prescribed some antibiotics, didn’t even ask what flavoring I wanted ! Antibiotics are nasty enough as is. She’s 3 so it’s just a hassle. Worst experience by far

In the past year, service has gotten very poor. Having to wait multiple days, instead of 1 day to get prescriptions. The employees leave alot to be desired in friendliness. Westside HEB is going to the PITS.
It is getting so much worse. Wish I could get a phone number for corporate.

This pharmacy is nice enough as long as they don’t have to do any extra work. My prescription required prior authorization and they kept saying they couldn’t do it my doctor had to. I asked if they could call and talk to my Doctor so that maybe they could clear it up with them and figure out who needs to do what. Not only did they not call the doctor the lady was rude interrupting me and talking over me .After 3 weeks of getting no where I found and Neighborhood Pharmacy in Andrews Tx I had it transferred to Neighborhood pharmacy and they got the prior Authorization in less than 30 minutes . Which H-E-B hadn’t done in 3 weeks time. No to mention they delivered it to my house.

Pharmacy hours say open until 9pm on their website and their app. Go to pick up my prescriptions at 8:08pm. They are closed. Ask politely the person behind the counter if they have just changed their hours. She replies “no we always close at 8.” I say your app says you close at 9. She GIGGLES and says “oh yeah, we’ve been trying to get them to change it.” Thank you for the giggle. It really set the right tone for For someone needing their prescriptions that evening.

They sit down their drive through 3.5 hours before closing and then every working inside the pharmacy would laugh and take their time while we all waited. There was a line going almost to the front door. Very poor customer service.

Baggers don't bag all items, so I either pay for things I don't recieve or have to drive all the way back to the store to get them, manager refuses to do anything over the phone as I shouldn't have to drive back there to be refunded. I've worked at several places that take cards as pos and as long as you have the receipt info you can go into the system and refund items. This is about the 4th time I've been missing something upon getting home that's on my receipt from the counter, stopped using curbside due to it happening 10+ times, fairly certain it's just time to find a new store
